From the moment we walked in the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had just got engaged and they went out of thier way to make it a special time. Would highly recommend. |

The room wasn't spotless, surfaces were very dusty as if the room hadn't been used for some time. Bathroom etc was fine. |

We have stayed here a number of times and have always received first class service. We were slightly disappointed this time round with the room we got. It was at the front of the building and found thid to be very noisy at night time. |

Friendly staff, great facilities, well furnished rooms in a great location. No bar food available before 3pm in the bar. Had to go elsewhere to get bar food. |

I liked the hotel bedroom and also the bar staff and security staff ( at bar) were very nice also the location to city centre. The car park was very confusing. There should be a notice in the lift that dosn't bring you directly to the hotel lobby explaining this and maybe the directions to get you to the lobby.. Also I found that the waitress for the breakfast removed our plates almost immediately after we put our cutlery down even though there were tables full of dirty dishes with nobody at right beside us. She didn't give us time to decide if we were really finished or not. |

pool and facilities were good, all communal areas nice enough... rooms very dated, corridors and layout very bad, walked for ages to get to rooms using 2 lifts...needs to be updated, plastic divider wall between bedrrom and bathroom and plastic shower cabin, very 1980's..... |

The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxed, the food was beautiful and the bar was comfortable The bedroom was a bit cramped and and was situated over the function room. There was an extremely loud wedding disco on one night of my stay until 3.00 am. |

The room was very cosy and with a nice view ,and the breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was perfect . Just two lifts for a very big hotel with also the access to car park with the same lifts...A Third lift would be welcomed . The access to the leisure center is long and a real labyrynth . |

Easy to find hotel with good access to the city, good rooms with friendly staff and good service, a hotrl worth trying. Peak time for breakfast was manic with long q's and we had to eat in the bar and not the breakfast room which was not as good. |

location, although only mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the city it is so relaxing,as if set on a country estate. upon arrival at the desk one member of staff just looked me up and down, then walked away as i was about to say hello while making eye contact,at this point a very helpfull guy with glasses welcomed us ,had a bit of a chat and booked us in,while sharing a joke with my son which made up for his senior member of staff.this is only a small matter in what was a perfect stay |

We thought hotel was good but disappointed that none of sockets in room seemed to work for iron which meant we had to drag board over to other side of room and unplug lamp to use it also water went off when only 3 inches of water in bath so wasn't able to have proper bath maintenance man sent up to us to fix sockets but just shrugged and suggested we use socket for lamp which we thought was very bad form for such a high class hotel |
