I thought the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly
Location and the room.
Car park access. Only 2 lifts. Long queue at the reception, and for breakfast.
Real friendly staff and helpful. Close to the town and restaurants.
The staff always professional, friendly, smiling and helpful! My second time to stay.
Location good, asked for front water view and got view over main entrance and was told free standing shower and shower over bath!!! Wifi never kicked in when in bedroom which was very annoying , breakfast was very good a huge choice .....water was very cold in pool and staff there not helpful, would be slow to go back and we were really looking forward to the break but were disappointed !!!!
Sorry put everything above !!!!
Very Comfortable Room with No disturbance is just what we needed.
Entertainment on Site in Hotel not very exciting.
Closeness to town Nice clean room.
Rooms amazing, breakfast was excellent.
Having to go home.
Big family room. Gorgeous pool and restaurant area was great too
Pipes in our room were quite noisy in the middle of the night.
Stayed over mid term with three girls and the location was fantastic , Eyre square is only a few unites away . Beds were really comfortable , the pool and outdoor hot tub were fab . The breakfast was excellent . A great break had by all . Will definitely be back .
Facilities and breakfast
room very nice but water not very warm
Amazing breakfast absolutely everything you could want. Beds very big and comfy and rooms excellent. Service from all staff excellent and great facilities
The bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from eyre square and shop street.
The hotel has no heart or character. It is like a bus or train station with a reception and lots of rooms. The hotel is way over subscribed for the breakfast hall and the lifts.
The location our room 417 super comfy bed and breakfast top notch. After coming back from a drink it town it was a pleasure and delight to enjoy music by residant pianist sean very talented. Would return to hear him again :-)
Just have to say the bar staff quiet sullen and rude.
All the staff were so friendly and helpfull. The breakfast buffet & service was excellent on the Sat a.m
On sunday due to the large number of guests the overflow of guest were accomodated in the bar which is not as comfortable as the marina restaurant but the main issue was the buffet was not as nice , the selection was smaller and the orange juice was very poor, however the service was still good. The next time I will get up earlier to be sure I get a place in the main breakfast area.
Fantastic nights sleep, the bed was so comfortable and very spacious. We decided to order breakfast to our room and it was totally scrumptious. The hotel staff were lovely and very welcoming.
The hotel was nice and clean and room was very comfortable.
I was staying at the raddisson on the 13th of february for a wedding. The customer service in the wedding reception was appauling, not to mention the lack of organisation and communication with staff. The food was of a poor standard. Soup was cold when served and there was not enough food to accommodate the amount of people which left me waiting for more than 20 minutes for more food to be bought out. We were left waiting over an hour for cream that we had asked for to go with desert. It was just disgraceful for a 4* establishment. Wouldnt recommend anybody to book a function in this hotel.
Well liked the spacious room.
We ordered some goodies for our room, they never arrived,we spoke to staff at 8.30pm and they still hadn't arrived, when they said they would sort it,they still got it wrong, they couldn't give us an answer to a request for a late check out,so for us staying in an executive floor,we didn't get an executive service.
Bar staff attitude waiting staff for ordering food the charge of €200 for a room especially when service was not worth it breakfast was cold and badly laid out
The hotel was lovely and in a great spot. Breakfast was lovely a
I wasn't a huge fan of the set menu for dinner. I was made aware of this when booking a table, but I was hoping to find out if there was another menu available but after waiting over 10 minutes after we were sat we decided to get dinner elsewhere. Felt €49 per person was a bit much for the meal alone.
Over all I was not happy with the Raddisson in Galway my partner and I went for valentines weekend which was very pricey. We were put in a very small room with no wifi or tea bags we were located at the front of the hotel which was very loud. Waited extremely long for food. Over all not impressed
Spa is good and Executive level rooms are fine. Shame about the rest.....
Albeit this is a large hotel with great facilities (on paper) it underwhelms on the day. The hotel is now quite tired, particularly in the lounge, bar, resturant and general pool area. It has been poorly maintained and is not very clean. Not what a Radisson should be....
Great staff, great breakfast, great weekend!
The room and the quality of the bed was excellent
The bar area where they were serving food was very cool, due to the very high ceilings and all the windows.
Everything it was just fab.
Could not fault it.
