Very clean really good staff very helpful
Location couldn't be better; Breakfast buffet is excellent with choices to suit all tastes. Great views across the water.
Bar food was just ok and there's not much atmosphere in the bar
Close to Eyre Square. Lovely bright hotel. Nice breakfast. Friendly reception staff.
Outdoor hot tub was not hot at all. Indoor jacuzzi was perfect but when we went to the outdoor one it was unbearably cold. We were so disappointed as that's what we were looking forward to most! Room was quite cold too and took ages to heat up when we turned on the heat.
Wait time for lifts is ridiculous
Staff were brilliant.very helpful and friendly.the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for a hotel with lovely pillows.room was lovely and had everything we needed.excellent location just around the corner from Eyre square.fabulous breakfast delivered to our room also.would really recommend this hotel.
Nothing at all.
I liked the cosy fire the carol singing
2 minutes from eyre square, very clean rooms, well maintained, nice food in marinas restaurant and breakfast was delightful
Courses were too far apart during the meal, but it was nice.
I liked every thing about the hotel. I'll be back in the future for sure. The executive floor is definitely worth the extra money!
Very over priced 169 euros for 1 night And you have to pay 5 euros for car park
Location was good proximity to the city great selection of breakfast options on offer, Rooms were spacious and modern
,Bedrooms were cold, wind was blowing through a gap in the window all night, really long trek to our room involving 2 separate elevators, check in time took approx 15mins and totally unnessary, Christmas function was on ,which resulted in all the sofasi n the lobby being rtaken away, and replaced with a drinks reception area for the party guests, leaving other residents to sit behind the elevators or against a wall,
Room and bed extremely comfortable
Bar menu , food expensive and slow service
Room was big, Location was good.
Bedroom smelled of smoke, was told there were no other rooms, no apology given but was told that it was previous guests and they have no control over them. TV signal was terrible. 'Hot' breakfast wasn't very hot. Upon check out we were not asked how our stay was or given any apology for having to move rooms.
Facilities Staff Location
I unfortunately booked the Friday night in error and on my arrival on Saturday, Dave at reception was excellent in securing us a room without any issues. He saved us a trip home!
Location great comfy bed and pillows like piano bar relaxing
Skirting board in en suite rotten fallen off wall. Safe in room not working. Luggage stand in room ripped
Had such a lovely stay. The staff were very obliging and an asset to the hotel.
We had a very long wait for the lift on the morning we were checking out
Beautiful hotel. Great food. Superb breakfeast. Excellent staff and very helpful. The location is ideal.
Nothing. Can't fault this hotel
Had a really enjoyable evening in Galway. Room was very comfortable and breakfast variety was exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Did not use leisure facilities.
I was in the hotel just for 1 night - The staff was friendly and polite, the room very clean and the breakfast was superb! It's very central - very handy when it's raining cats and dogs. I would stay there again.
Cold pool and changing area
loved the Spa, had treatments and fabulous lunch after. Cocktails were lovely and rooms were comfy and warm.
we asked for a quiet room, but got the 1st floor rooms. Christmas parties on both nights we stayed and bed vibrated with the noise from the parties downstairs. Once music stopped, the noise continued with staff organising tables, chairs etc, dragging them across floor, very disturbing till after 4am both nights. When we complained the following morning again on check out, we were told by staff, "cant you rest at home" this is what lead to my further annoyance.
Outside hot tub and pool
The bed was very comfortable. Best hotel bed I've slept in for many years!
The rooms, breakfast and staff are all very nice. The fact that this hotel is so close to the city centre made it our first choice.
Walking back to the hotel after an evening out can make one feel a little uneasy. The last few metres of this walk are very quiet and deserted. Also, we brought 2 cars to the hotel. We were questioned to a high level before we were eventually allowed to avail of the discounted daily rate of parking for the second car!
