Waiting on the lift! too long a wait, only two lifts for volume of guests! Noise was still very loud in our room at 2am+ from the function room and we were on 3rd floor!
location the comfort and the and the food is excellent
the swiming pool was dissapointing, not all working and there was an extreemly ignorant swimming instructor to my teeange girls and barged across infront of me as i was swimming lenghs in the dedicated lenght section of the pool
Great location and the most comfortable bed didn't want to leave it
Reception Staff very good.
Bar staff not too nice a little bit frazzled, not on their game.I don't think they could handle a large crowd at any time at the bar. Shower couldn't be regulated Water too Hot. Breakfast was freezing cold, We were down for 7.30 am so would have expected better, Overall Value for money not good.
Breakfast was great
Breakfast was great.
When we arrived to the hotel we got to our room & we're put in a room with two single beds having booked a deluxe double room. As it was too late for request a change & I waited and asked someone at reception the following day to get someone to make it up into a double bed. When we got home late that night, the beds were still 2 single beds. On the third night I requested that the beds be made into a double again, which finally they were.
location was ok, clean, tidy, nice bathroom
Service was very good. Hotel room was comfortable and quiet. would stay here again. Breakfast was very good.
Some area were not as clean as could be. Outside hotel looks a bit unkept. In dining room we were upstairs near a exit door which had steps leading to it those steps were very dirty. The legs and base of breakfast table were wipes with dirty close and looked grubby. View from our window was not very nice i.e. stones on top of a roof. Not something you like to look at on a bad morning.
Short walk to shopping, sightseeing, beach walk, markets
Good breakfast but overpriced.
What did I like? Everything. Bed, pillows, breakfast, wi-fi, the view.
Heavenly location with hot tub overlooking Galway Bay, the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen and friendly staff who catered for every every whim.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff in Breakfast area very helpful. Room was gorgeous. Went to the Gift Grub on Saturday which was excellent.
Swimming Pool was not very Warm. Disappointed that there was an extra charge for the use of spa beds area. We paid €150 for one night (Sunday) and feel the above should have been included. Staff at reception lacked friendleness
Efficient staff with quick check in. No hassel. Such a lovely modern hotel.

Bed was comfortable!
Bar area and Restaurant were cold, unles you managed to get one of the four seats by the fire!
I thought the hotel was excellent and the rooms were really clean. Bed was very comfortable.
The swimming pool was freezing. Couldn't get in it. Also request room at the front of the hotel looking out onto the Bay and they did not facilitate this even though I booked months in advance.
Food Breakfast Courtesy of staff
Staff a little slow for drinks Room smelled of smoke on arrival.
Location is perfect for Eyre square and shop street etc. Dinner in restaurant was excellent quality and value.
Paying for car parking in hotel car park.
I just wanted to thank ann maire for not charging me over and above, as due to circumstances beyond my control I had to re arrange our stay a few times. It was very much appreciative especially in the current climate.
spacious rooms, cleaning done regularly, tea coffey in room, near to city centre, staff very helpful.
no comments to make
Pool. Location. Clean. Food. and perfect team
Everything is ok by me
Modern hotel with nice facilities and parking
I travelled with my elderly parents. We were given room at the furthest point away from the entrance, restaurant reception etc. On the Saturday night there was a lot of noise on the corridor - shouting, yelling, doors banging. This was coupled with noises from car engines at the entrance to the car park. The Cannonball Run! When the person at reception saw the people checking they should have been able to find rooms that were closer and quieter. We were staying for two nights.
