loud music even though we were on 4th floor
Most of the supposed hot food was warm at best & all looked if it was there some time. Not good enough.
Bed was very comfortable, room clean ,good view and hotel in great location for shops, pubs etc. Breakfast was lovely with wide choice of cereals, juices, fruit and full Irish.
Shower was over a bath, very limited space.
The bed was super comfortable and 7ft in size. The hotel itself was very clean. Pool was lovely with hot tub
check in & out was very slow. bedroom very small. We did not have a sea view. The lifts are terrible slow and although the was plenty on offer for breakfast the cooked food was disapointing. Not worth the money.
Location excellent. Bedroom comfortable.
Breakfast could have been hotter and on 2nd morning we were directed to bar area for breakfast which i didn't like. Took ages to get lifts as only 2 and very busy...often goin up and down several times before a lift was free or before it got to level you wanted.
We stayed in the Marina Suite - and did not want to leave Absolutely fabulous the staff were very helpful & friendly And at breakfast we were spoiled for choice
Couldn't fault a thing
Not a lot.
On checking out we were not even asked if everything was OK. Our double room had two twin beds pushed together which were made seperately not a double or twin bed. I we wanted beds like that we would have asked for them. Breakfast was luke warm not hot as is should be. The coffee was cold. Overall very poor.
The breakfast was delicious with a great selection
Cleaners didn't come round till 4:30pm to clean the room and give us fresh towels.
over priced drinks at the bar.
From start to finish the hotel facilities and staff were second to none.
The room, breakfast, the spa and the location
The temperature of the pool was too cold. My husband and I found it very cold ourselves but our 11 month old baby was crying and shivering so we had to take him out after a minute. We didn't get to enjoy that facility as we had hoped to. The baby pool feeds off the main pool. when we asked about it we were told the temperature was set to keep the people doing laps happy. when it's higher they complain that it's too hot.
Bar food amazing.. restaurant food amazing... staff amazing... hotel fantastic..
Im a 30 yr old male and my fiancee is 25.. we sat in the bar to get food. I ordered a pint of lager and my partner a gls of wine.. after takin our order the waitress returns to ask us for i.d. MORTIFIED..
Bed very comfortable, great breakfast.
Very comfortable room. Clean and nice bathroom. Good breakfast.
Bar and restaurant were overpriced but it is within walking distance of Eyre square where you have plenty of choices for food and drink.
Leisure centre was very good
Breakfast very cold on the Sunday morning. I felt for the price of hotel that an evening meal should be included on one of the evenings
The room is amazing, the views are really nice.
Lift was broken. Took too long.
rooms , food . staff and location.
Nothing to dislike.
Location is great - in town but in a quiet area it almost feels removed from town. Quite nice to amble along in the evening back to the hotel after dinner etc. Fitness facilities are excellent. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Entrance to thermal suite is too expensive considering other similarly priced hotels would have this included in overall price.
Restaurant was shocking 20 min wait for a drink and 50 min wait for food, kids running around just not the sort of restaurant we want or expect and only one waitress
The Radisson is a perfect base for a Galway holiday, close enough to the shops and night life and transport hub but far enough away to ensure a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast choice is good though a slightly chaotic affair and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar is bright and welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful.
The provision of tea and coffee facilities in the room were hit and miss. If we didn't ask for more we were only provided with one breakfast tea which is poor for a couple sharing a room. If you wanted your eggs anything other than scrambled you had to order it which meant that either they were cold when you went to get your accompaniments or the rest of your breakfast went cold whilst you waited for your eggs. The semi skimmed milk ran out every day before we came down and we sometimes had to wait more than 5 minutes to be allocated a table.
Greeting at reception at check in was very unfriendly and stuffy.
Hotel is lovely, in a great location, hot tub is great! Staff are very friendly and helpful, would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.....
Waiting on the lift! too long a wait, only two lifts for volume of guests! Noise was still very loud in our room at 2am+ from the function room and we were on 3rd floor!
Great location, close to shops, and restaurants. Stayed in 'Business Class' room, which was lovely, very spacious and had a good sized bathroom. It also had a lovely sea view.
Not much atmosphere in the bar.
Almost everything The restaurant was excellent
The water in the sink never came out hot No biscuits for our coffee in the room
