Layout of breakfast area confusing. As a lone diner when went back to buffet counter all items removed from table. Would prefer to have own pot of tea or coffee. |

I booked the hotel for a family birthday. Food was excellent and overall very good value for money. Hotel is in a great location in Athlone and very accessable from all parts of the country. |

Smart hotel - good central location and room was very comfortable. A good choice if you can obtain a decent online rate. Restaurant was pretty expensive - as usual though for these kind of higher end chains. |

It's right in the town, the room was very clean and airy, the bar was good with decent bar food. Their free Wi Fi was practically non-existent. The double bed was made up of two single beds. |

There seemed to be loads of staff on duty which was good. The room was very relaxing and comfortable. We had a pleasent stay. With only a 4.50 euro tray charge for breakfast to your room I thought that was very reasonable. Having to pay for parking. Maybe it was free but at reception they never mentioned anything. |

The hotel Yes, the room temperature was too hot in the bedroom and I didn't sleep very well as a result. |

The hotel location was good. The staff were so rude. We ordered a sandwich in the afternoon. It took almost an hour. Then we asked for the bill - after half an hour we went to the counter to pay and were told to ask for the bill!!!! Later that night we had a few drinks and when I told the bar staff they had given me the completely wrong change the two of them burst out laughing. |

I have stayed in this hotel before, and have always enjoyed the experience. I really liked the junior suite I was allocated at no extra cost, as I had just booked a normal standard room. so that was a nice surprise. ok I did use the mini bar, that was extra of course. |

The bed and the breakfast. The iron and miniature Iron board for left handed people!!! Why bother at all fitting something in every room which is cheap and not very practical. Its a joke and one reason I'll think before booking a Raddison again! To get frustrated asking reception for an Iron so as I can iron a shirt is not on in 2009. When will hotels learn we do not all have T. shirts!! |
