I liked its secluded location while still being within walking distance from shops and local shops. Our tv movie pay did not work and the staff at reception were extremely helpful. The bar staff were very obliging and friendly also No real facilities for kids ie Play area or kiddies club |

Excellent food. Really appreciated having clear coeliac friendly options marked on menu. Also having toasted gluten free bread readily available. Pool and spa facilities also excellent. |

The hotel and staff are amazing, The only comment I would have is the rooms are extremely hot and not air conditioning and the location itself its poor. The idea of a relaxing spa is peace and serenity well you are basically within a trading estate! So open your windows for air and you here not birds singing but cars roaring! |

The chap on reception was excellent but obviously overworked due to overall lack of staff. No response for over 15 minutes to Roomservice and Operator telephones. What would happen in an emergency. On walking to reception met duty manager and gave him roomservice order, one main meal for two and two fries. The fries did not arrive. Unable to have toast at breakfast as a waitress was making toast in the small toaster that all guests had to use. |

Comfort cleanliness and conviencence for our family night away and the breakfast was excelent especially for the children the only critisism that we had as my husband needs a cpac machine to assist his breathing at night the location of the eletrical outlets to the proximity of the bed we had to sleep across the width of the bed and position a chair adjacent to accomidate my husband cpap machine |

The pool and its facilities (changing room, shower...etc) are excellent We had diner twice at the bar, the fish we have ordered was gone off - It was a place fillet - We warned the waitress, she was nice and took it on board but apprently the chef said there was nothing wrong with it which was not the case, however the waitress took 25% off the price. They also got one of our orders wrong, they did apologize for it and didn't charge us - |

That peace of mind with interconnecting rooms for children was available and therefore will encourage me to return. The swimming pool with hydro jets was magnificant!!! We spent hours in it!!! |

the rooms were beautiful and spacious, heating was great, food was excellent but a little too pricy for 2 people, room service food was very bad, we looked at the room service menu and when we phoned to order, reception told us that there was no hot food available, and when we asked for chicken salad sandwiches which were on the menu we were told only ham and chesse sandwiches were available. and the price was rediculous when we checked out €23 euro for 4 sandwiches and a few crisps each. was shocked. |
