General style and comfort. Interconnecting rooms at a single family rate. Excellent leisure centre (unfortunate that gents changing room was closed for renovations). Dinner took over 70 minutes from taking order. (However, waiter provided complimentary bottle of wine which was nice gesture). |

I was surprised to find that the small window in the room had no curtain. Especially as it was opposite the bathroom. |

I was not happy about a few things you said on your web page and in the book in your hotel room that Cork city is ten mintues away but you did not say ten mintues drive over a motor way and you dont have a any transport going to cork city or even to the train staion Also my husband and my self is in our early fortys and we were giving a accessible bathroom while there was a lot of oider people there and I was talking to them they didn,t when I asked about it I was told that you were busy and that was why we got it |

the pool was lovely and the room was nicely decorated and a nice size. the breakfast was very nice we asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room. on arrival the windows were fully open obviously to disguise the smell of smoke, the room therefore was freezing and the heating system was not working properly. Alot of the staff were foriegn with not much english. and none of the staff bar one girl in the bar smiled or exhibited friendliness. upon checking out i wished to complain about the room (smoking room) but the receptionist just brushed us off and did not ask if our stay was ok. the restaurant did have nice food but there was not much choice. it was expensive also..for two starters, two main courses and 2 glasses of wine it was €72 |

The bar was very nice seating very comfortable. The food was very good in the bar It is in a sort of industrial area, the hotel itself is lovely but it does not have grounds to walk, or nothing to see in the immediate area. You will need to use your car. It is very close to places like Photo Island and Cobh. So if you are using this hotel as just a base for travelling around and seeing the local atractions it is perfect. |

I liked the size of the rooms. We had connecting rooms as we had two kids with us and the size was very good. I think there should have been more storage space. We stayed for three days and with two kids had lots of changes of clothes. I expected a bath in one of the rooms but got two showers. Did not question this to see if any alternative available....will request a bath next time. |

The bedrooms were clean. Ordered one double room got all singles. When bed was changed were left with single bedding and told that was all hotel had. Stayed in same hotel Galway and same did not apply. Towels were not changed after us requesting same. Very disappointed. Before we left complained at reception but the girl did'nt seem to care. |
