i love this hotel.Staff are always vey helpful and in great humour. the food is excellent and hotel is spotless.
The only thing i don't like about this hotel is that i dont stay here more :)
The staff were excellent and overall outstanding in our time of need words cannot describe how good they were
Location aside the hotel is amazing. Great staff, great facilities and the food in the bar was amazing
Location is not ideal as it's a bit out from the city and is located beside an industrial shopping center.
Pool Spa and gym facilities. Excellent staff. Special kudus to Paul at the bar and Triona at reception.
Location means that a car or taxi is needed
This wasn't a very clean hotel! and is starting to get that 'tired' look.
Loved the hydrotherapy pool in the Radisson
Staff were excellent. Very courteous and dealt with any queries promptly and effectively.
Blackout curtains were too short which defeated the object of their purpose. Also the double bed was just two singles pushed together which was a little strange.
Stayed at the radisson for two nights to go to Fota wildlife park with a toddler, it was absolutely excellent in every way. They gave us a goodie bag for our daughter when we arrived with puzzles, colouring book etc, they had a playground on the hotel grounds and a baby pool next to the main swimming pool. Perfect hotel for us!
Food, comfort,good staff
Over the top prices for inferior vodka
Big Room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Very Expensive. Although the tv a modern flat screen the picture quality was really bad, like an old black and white tv from the 70s. A chip shop and petrol station the only food outlets for miles. Hotel is in the middle of a business/industrial park.
I loved the hotel nd the spa area. staff are lovely nd rooms are extremely clean couldn't fault these areas at all.
The only fault was the food it was not nice in the slightest. Everything right down to the toaster was just a bad experience.
Nice corner room, very airy and light, good bathroom apart from shower, comfortable bed. Dinner at the bar was relatively expensive for what we had but good quality. Relatively quiet as out of town.
Wi-Fi was intermittent, business class room was right next to a children's play-area (not a problem in our case, but could imagine it could get noisy at times). Shower layout lends itself to flooding the bathroom a bit.
Location , good staff and comfortable excellent breakfast
Noisy early in the morning......and I ve stayed before, the rooms are always hot, so the windows are open, hence the noise......
size of room, clean, check in was fast efficient and very friendly. breakfast was lovely good selection
Curtains in room one was shorter than other with allowed light into the room (169)
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and comfortable beds. Lovely pool. Free parking and Wi-Fi.
Chairs in bar very low and uncomfortable. Lighting in public areas and bedroom too dark.
Staff at reception very good, and comfortable hotel, hotel staff in general well trained.
The width of the lip of the bath to wide.
Beautiful settings, great staff, superb facilities! Overall a brilliant hotel although slightly overpriced but as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for" so I suppose it should cost more than most ;)
Only slight gripe I would have is the choice available on the menu's but that won't stop me from staying here again the next time I visit Cork ;)
The staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. Relaxing atmosphere.
The dirt of the windows was really terrible. From the bedroom to the lift area to the bar.
Excellent breakfast offering; comfortable rooms; food available in the bar until 10:30pm.
Proximity to the road meant there was delivery vehicle noise from quite early in the morning, not helped by a defective window catch that meant it couldn't be shut tight.
Staff were very helpful. I thought the quality and presentation of the evening dinner in the restaurant was excellent and was surprised more people were not dining there.
Distance from town. It adds quite a bit to a night out if you have to pay for a taxi into town and back.Entrance a bit unappealing.
Staff always happy and accommodating. Lovely breakfast.
They have changed the policy of permitting a child up to 17 years to stay free in same room with 2 adults. Age is now 12 and under. One of the reasons we always chose this hotel was that it offered for child up to 17 to stay free and this was excellent for our family.
I lost my phone and the staff were extremely helpful in helping me locate it! I was very grateful ..
Breakfast was great food was good and staff were very good
Got room service and the food was very poor for the money
