The staff. The food at the bar. Good cocktails. Very quiet. Great location
A bit too warm in the room.
Everything! We'll be back.
I found it a little tricky to lower the temperature of the room. It was quite toasty and we like it a little cooler but I guess that is a personal taste thing.
Rooms, gorgeous bathrooms, bar, spa treatment.
Would have liked a Jacuzzi in spa. Automatic timer in Pool Jacuzzi a bit problematic. Very busy & waiting 10 minutes for it to start was a bit annoying/awkward. All breakfast juices watered down - not good!
Great location and beautiful spa
Disappointed with no steak on the menu
Lovely room Spa very nice and good massage Swimming pool area Good breakfast
For dinner we looked at bar and restaurant menu - we chose the restaurant as there was a football match at high volume in the bar. The food in the restaurant was very disappointing. We got nice bread and complimentary soup. the starters we nice but the main course was bland and not exactly as described on the menu. The potatoes and veg were tasteless, a nice bowl of mash would have gone down well. They didnt have our dessert of choice so we just had tea. When asked of our experience we stated as above - while not best please the waiter reduced the bill by deducting cost of one side order and tea and coffee - not a hugh compensation. They could learn from a visit to their sister hotel in Cavan
The staff in the hotel was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were good size and good facilities all around. Great variety available at breakfast (irish and continental style).
Bar food was ok (not bad tho)
Food was delicious in the restaurant and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in! The staff were lovely and very helpful.
Breakfast was great
The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Faultless service. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Sligol. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
Hotels good location,good food,friendly staff
Great staff, great food, and the pool, jacuzzi etc was brill in the mornings.
Think this is normal, but I didn't like that the air con would'nt go below 16 degrees, room was to warm for us and it's winter at the min.If that was the case in the summer it would be a struggle.. Also found the bed to be solid as a rock, but that's probably because I'm used to a softer bed
THE POOL, GOOD BEDS FOR ADULTS .
The website says children under 12 welcome. needs to be clear that one child per room goes free need to pay extra for additional
Leisure facilities were fair large swimming pool
The receptionist on arrival was not very welcoming or friendly did not make eyecontact
Waiters at breakfast were very abrupt
Bar service poor
We requested a quiet room and that's what we got - great! Bar food was super. Breakfast was wonderful. The leisure centre was great, not too busy and well kept. It was a four star experience.
We asked about Friday night entertainment but the promised entertainment wasn't provided. Our bill wasn't clearly itemised - the price was different from Booking.com quote.
While the bar at this hotel is a really nice bar both service and particularly the food was really poor. I ordered a basket of chicken which was pink inside and severly undercooked. We brought it to the attention of the staff on duty & received a second portion which by now was too late as we were already turned off our food. We were charged full price for this meal which we found to be very unreasonable.
I thought the hotel was beautiful.
The bed was great but pillows were very hard. Sorry.
The room was beautiful. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Pool was very nice. Thermal suite with Razul Mud treatment, wonderful, relaxing, staff amazing....A very enjoyable stay, thank you, Radisson Blu Sligo.
Just a little too far from home. Two large weddings on both days made the bar area very busy...
Room was very warm
Lovely room and friendly staff.
Terrible tea and coffee. ..its a deal breaker! ! Also no availability in the spa, phoned a week before and no one returned my call. No hot water and in fairness the staff did come up to check but went again after 5 mins!
The hotel was lovely, good facilities and great staff.
Upon arrival there was a lot of trouble over our room as the could not find a room that was ready for us. When entering the room they had it set up for four people and it was only booked for two. The air conditioning was broke so the room was very hot. Both nights we stayed there was weddings on and the music was heard until 3 am creating lack of sleep.
