Spa facilities were great, food in restuarant great value.
Large comfortable rooms. Staff polite helpful and professional. Everything first class.
Lovely hotel in a lovely location, staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, a very pleasurable stay
Bar food good be better and breakfast was pretty standard for a 4*
Quality of food
Spa stunning large business class room
Great bar food, helpful staff, clean room, good air conditioning, nice toiletries, close to fab beach
Old style tv. Didn't get sea view as requested. Two single beds pushed together for "king size" bed
The leisure facilities were excellent and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast was really good and a great choice was available.
Spa, comfort, clean, staff.
The pool is in desperate need of repair because of this it felt dirty but I don't think it was. Cleaning staff very rude and didn't clean our room or leave fresh towels. There was a wedding in the hotel and the bar was full of guests from this watching the game on tv we had to wait a long time to get our dinner. Free room service should have been offered.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful.Rooms comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Not enough staff to keep floor and tables clean.
Friendly staff Comfortable clean room Good food Lovely area
Our room looked onto a roof which was disappointing as the hotel has rooms with views and is set in a beautiful area.
good choices for breakfast good restaurant good service and portions bar snacks good and good prices
Loved the leisure facilities
Totally understand that children need to be supervised in a pool but for me as a single parent who was hoping to use the spa, sadly that didn't happen as I couldn't leave my 13 year old to happily swim around - needless to say, he was disgusted that his mum had to come swimming with him (teenager thing .... Ruined street cred!)
Service time poor
In addition to the fact that we were upgraded to a suite, the hotel staff were great. Breakfast enjoyable. Bed very comfortable.
Good location and easy to locate
It is a lovely hotel in a beautiful area. The staff were so nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The food was excellent.
Loved the staff they couldn't do enough to help even down to the cleaners who were lovely. The food here is excellent couldn't wait for breakfast every Mornin an even ate here every evening it was so tasty.
They say wifi is throughout the hotel but to be fair only managed to pick it up in the main reception an bar area. On my phone it kept fazing in and out an in this day an age when everyone is so into their technology I think it needs updating. Went to reception because I couldn't get on but it worked brilliantly there an as soon as I went to my room I lost connection again so I just gave up.
Excellent service from all staff made us feel welcome without being over fussy
Wi fi was intermittant
This is a good hotel in a beautiful location between Sligo town and Rosses Point. We have no problem recommending for any occasion. A special mention for Tim on reception who represents everything that is good about Radisson BLU, Sligo.
Hotel rooms, location and staff all faultless
Food in the bar was poor quality and value (based on my own and other customers experience) breakfast was however, very good.
Everything particularly the food and bedroom space.
The toilet roll is too narrow!
I felt that the staff could have put an effort into making the people who were staying in the hotel for the purpose of the Fleadh feel more welcome. There was no atmosphere in the hotel that would indicate that there was an all Ireland Fleadh a few miles away. The children were unable to play music sessions together and there was no shuttle bus from the venue to and from the city and taxis were charging €10 to and from hotel.
The food was very good in the bar and the breakfast was also excellent.
The phone was disconnected in the room and once connected in-room service number went unanswered. Left waiting for 15 mins before being approached by waitress in the bar.
