Bed was uncomfortable. Matress wasn't level
We stayed for a ball. It was extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
the hot tub!!
Was a bit far out from limerick city. Did visit the nearby tesco and wind visors were stolen off my mothers car. Bathroom sink needs to be replaced but this wudnt stop me from staying again
Receptionist very nice girl. Again waitress in the bar very nice girl. Liked the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Loved the biscuits served with the tea-nice touch:)
Everything was excellent!
the pool is small so if going with children they might not be impressed
breakfast, room, decor, thermal suites..
There was a bit of noise for the room next door but this was not the hotels fault it was just nosiey neighbors and you can get them anywhere you travel so would not knock the hotel for this just some people have no respect for others!!
Very warm welcome, when we arrived to our room there were 2 complementary Easter eggs in our room. We then went to the bar for some food very friendly staff of which one spilled vinger on me could not have been more sorry gave us complementary wine food was very good. Next morning had a lovely breakfast then used the leisure facilities in which time my jeans were been dry cleaning after the spill the nite before they were back with in 2 hrs like new. This is a great hotel from start to finish will most definitely be back again thanks for everything!
Lovely Friendly Helpful Staff, Facilities Breakfast, Comfort and Cleanliness
staff, food, bed were amazing
I liked everything. Soya milk and rye bread are great for gluten free vegans like me. In most places it's a bit of a problem. The only thing is that the potatoes (vegetarian) are under a canopy with meat products so not suitable for veggies :-(
Sauna and steam room are separate - steam room is in what's called the 'thermal suite and the sauna is the changing room for some bizarre reason - you have to walk through the swimming pool area to reach sauna. Not impressed. General temperature in Pool area cold and room also cold.
Great breakfast, nespresso machine in bedroom, comfortable bed
I had hit my head while at dinner, and the staff were so good got a bag of ice for me to take to the room no hassle, and with a smile
Booking.com stated breakfast was €10 whereas it was actually €15
Liked the Leisure centre
Our dinner main course meal was a let down. But breakfast was perfect.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Spa was very relaxing and treatments were bliss.Totally enjoyed the outside hot tub.
Bit far out of the city centre.
Friendly staff. Fabulous spa.lovely food.
The restaurant is over priced. As are the drinks. They made us buy swimming hats and nobody was wearing them in the pool.
the staff were lovely. Room nice, relaxing atmosphere. Bar food is nice & reasonable.
Don't expect to play any Tennis. The courts even though they are advertised on the site are derelict and cannot be used. This was one of the reasons I booked it. The grounds definitely do not look their best. Areas of car parks and lawns were flooded. Cold do with spending money on landscaping.
Staf very friendly. Spa was excellent. Food was nice.
Room rather small, and the curtain was so short that didn't cover the window properly. (Room 348).
Breakfast was very good, plenty and with plenty of choices. Staff couldn't have been nicer in the restaurant/bar.
Loved the spacious comfortable room.
Bar man with fuzzy brown hair was amazing and extremely nice leisure facilities are fantastic
It was our anniversary and the hotel supplied 2 lovely cupcakes for us in our room which was a lovely surprise!!!
There was no music or entertainment over the weekend. The food in the restaurant wasn't as good as expected
The spa was amazing as were the bedrooms
Bed was very very hard
Staff were very friendly and helpful
