Location, friendly and efficient staff, spaciousness, large room, good heating, good wifi, good breakfast.
Bar is full of tv's which kills conversation.
Had a great weekend staying here. There room was massive, very comfortable and clean. Good atmosphere in the hotel. We used the pools and thermal suites. Very nice relaxing experience. Only a taxi ride to the city centre which the reception will call for youthe.
Staff were very friendly , location if you have a car.
The food in the bar was not nice. We booked Business class , didnt get a newspaper as promised took ages to find a bottle opener which should have been in the room . TV was very small ,only one or two Channels
Big rooms Great shower in bathroom Lots of parking Very friendly and helpful staff Good selection of breakfast items
Location a bit far out but that was our decision to stay there
Staff very friendly,
We returned from shopping in the evening to discover that our room was't made up.
The smell of sewage
massage was very good and therapist professional
No notice of bar closure on the second night of our stay. We had to eat in the restaurant which was more expensive than we had budgeted
My friend and I stayed for two nights. We booked a standard room and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The highligh for me was the two meals we had in the restaurant. Both meals were excellent. I really enjoyed the food. It was tasty, well presented and care went into the preparation of our meal. I think the chef must care a lot about his/ her customers. All in all an excellent stay.
The Spa was a little disappointing as it was very busy so we could not fully enjoy the experience.
Breakfast was lovely.hotel was easy to find and get in an out off.
TV was very bad.poor picture an sound.beds were very bad two singles pushed together was not comfortable.rooms very basic.
We liked everything about the hotel as mentioned above. Dinners and lunches were very good. Spa area and treatments excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We would certainly recommend the hotel and will return for another long weekend. Thank you. Des & Helen
our cooked breakfast on Friday morning could have been better. . coffee lukewarm and bacon lukewarm and not cooked enough for us. I would have likes the choice of poached eggs instead of scrambled eggs. service very good. The TV was limited in bedroom. Des & Helen
Everything the staff were very helpful
The room was large. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of parking.
The phones in the room were not working, they were soon fixed after complaint. The TV kept changing the colour itself and made it difficult to watch especially RTE 1 News. Please update the TVs to something more modern. The shower head was hanging off the wall and the only way to have a shower was to hold the shower head in your hand.
Service was excellent, very comfortable hotel, fine sized room, staff were more than friendly and accommodating. Hot tub is lovely!
Perhaps it would have been nice to have bottled water available in the bedrooms. There was an empty fridge, but no water.
The pool and outdoor hot tub were great.
Bed and room size
Being renovated, smell of paint every where.carpet in landing to bedrooms is shocking.
The hotel was lovely the food was very nice in the bar and bar staff were nice
The rooms were not clean there is needed an upgrade , the hotel is located in the middle of nowere , I only stayed one night as I was not happy about hotel , we wanted a king bed but was giving to single beds , was not happy at all
Hotel was excellent. Shuttle to Thomond Park was good and convenient.
The perennial - that there were not instructions on how to work shower/bath. In retrospect, I would have stayed in town, it is easy to walk to Thomond Park from hotels in town. Hotel is in open country and a taxi into town costs at least Eu15.
Nice food in restaurant. Food available in the bar at other times.
Surprised our room was not made up on returning at 4.30.
Hotel too far from limerick city! Taxi costs €15 each way
Great selection for breakfast
We have previously stayed in other Radisson Blu Hotels and we found this one to be very grubby and shabby, compared to the others. The best part of the stay was the leisure centre.
Friendly and helpful staff.
It was run down. Carpet worn and wallpaper falling off. In need of refurbishing.
Great spa area - especially the outdoor hottub.
Bed could have been much comfier.
nothing i could fault
