This is my second time staying .. Reasonable rate , comfortable room and good food. Must important , I love their spa facilites and would highly recommend it before you leave.
Nice big room and very clean.
Tv needs to be updated.
heat in bedrooms - being unable to regulate it
The reception and surrounding areas were welcoming and the bar area were okay enjoyed eating there and staff were very efficient .
We were in a business class room and we're very disappointed, the standard was well below radisson blu usual standards really needs a refurbish we made a complained about a perticular matter and it was completely ignored.
It was ok
It was very dirty and shabby the outside smoking area was not even swept there was a smell of urine in the pool steam room area
Outside hot tub and swimming pool area very relaxing
helpful staff. well equipped bedroom. good choice of breakfast dishes.
a little 'tired' in places, wear and tear. seafood chowder limited, should contain variety of fish instead of veg. no shellfish ! why? advised 'they' don't like mussels, what nonsence.
Staff helpful, was ok for a no frills stay.
food in restaurant v poor selection and poor quality
I liked the swimming pool very mach and the staff were friendly also I liked the cleanness of the hotel in general
The steam was not working There were kind of party or something with to many boys and girls at night which made us canceling our plan at night The view of the room was too bad
lovely outdoor hot tub and a great selection for breakfast
A littleI bit awkward to get to when driving and a little out of the way. They had no pancake maker like the Radisson blu in athlone. It was a lovely novely for my child using it
the food was nice also coffee was good..leisure facilities good...room was good with all necessary essentials on hand...hairdresser in house a plus also..great.
tv in bedroom ,old style ,poor reception and wi fi as reception was interrupted..on arrival we went to restaurant and we were unable to get main course or anything hot just a sweet and coffee..staff could be small bit more friendly quiet a bit of tension among themselves which one could do without the very odd time we get to get away
Very comfortable, firm bed and pillows. Generally fine, reliable hotel. There's a public bus to the town centre. Eoin at reception was very helpful.
Hot water was in short supply in the evenings - had to contact reception to remedy it.
The breakfast was good.
The grouchy barman who took our order didn't have a very pleasant manner.
The range of facilities was very good.
Bed was rock hard and pillow hard and flat - the later certainly not designed to provide comfort for your head/neck. Tired facilities in need of maintenance. Very hard hotel to find location wise.
Breakfast were great King size bed Bathroom size Bedroom size Facilities Location
Nothing I can think of
The location. We like to go for a drink at night. I found it was to far out from town
Staff were obliging. Towels were fluffy.
I'm sure it is normally lovely but the Radisson on the Friday I stayed with a business companion was in need of a good scrub. Our loo had stains from the last guest and the shower was not clean. In the spa I found the shower also dirty, with hair all over the wall. The wifi was pathetic and we had to get assistance to get it to work and even then it dropped out too much to use. The 24hr "one touch" service was also rubbish as nobody answered. This is my second stay at a Radisson and frankly neither lived up to the reputation.
Loved the spa and that it was part of the hotel for guests to use. The dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was possibly the best meal we had over a 3 week trip in Ireland!
The beds were not comfortable at all. And there is no air condition.
Dirty glasses and dishes with blue moulded food lying in the outside the bedrooms all day. Staff in porters res didnt asked if we wanted to order s drink with our meal.
the breakfasts, they are brilliant
The food, staff and general atmosphere in the hotel were very good and helpful
Hotel need to upgrade it's general appearance to keep it a 4 star hotel especially the carpets along de bedroom corridors and bedrooms need painting
Breakfast, what a spread! Staff, very friendly and helpful. Good sized room
Spa and pool facilities were great. we had good Wifi reception in Room and the hotel was clean and had nice staff.
Chips with the Bar food were not great
