When you flush toilet there is a very loud noise for a good few minutes. Like a ships horn !Cobwebs on ceiling left side of bed in corner. |

we didnt stay long, only 1 nite for elton john concert, we arrived at 1830 and couldnt get a parking space ! we eventually had to park up on a field at the end of the property, we told the check in staff who advised us this was because of the park and ride system for the concert, i still was not impressed as we could not get parking even though we were residents ! |

Had problems with lighting in the room and had to get maintenance up to fix. Room was overpriced and drink prices in the bar were crazy. Also wedding party on and as a result wasnt relaxing, people everywhere bar busy, reception taken over and noisy. |

I chose the Radisson at first on line because of the pictures of the St Helen in Dublin. We wanted to stay in an old place with a history. We would have stayed on only Radissons but they were not in all of our stops.Of which all else was very dissapointing. No really |

SPA was used by my girlfried while I went to Shannon to use the flight simulator. You could advertise this as a package. Excellent for all. |

The staff were fantastic. I was there for a business session and discovered I'd been booked into a windowless conference room. The staff changed the conference room with no fuss. |

We stayed at the Radisson for Valentines weekend and found the Hotel to have a very relaxing atmosphere, the Rain spa was great and the bar and bar food was excellent. |

Easy to find from the high way in both directions (Airport and Limerick)and plenty and easy parking 1. Staff do nit answer the phone because phoningb with friends2. In the early morning no one at the desk to check out.3. the food in the restaurant was poor and regarding valkue for money a worse experience. Who is serving (meat was right) meat on top of mashpotatoes (a plate full or basmati rice without any sauce and mashpotatoes???? 4. |

Very relaxing atmosphere. Away from teh hustle bustle of the city and set in its own quiet complex. Bar staff were good and attentive. Lobby area really well designed. Taxi ordering system seemed odd. We waited around 40 minutes one time for a cab that did actually turn up after 10 minutes but was taken by another hotel guest. |

No hassle with check-in, staff very obliging. Room Service was first class. Food excellent. Plenty of parking. Excellent Taxi Service - no delays in arriving when called. Top notch hotel, Would recommend to anyone. Slight problem with the noise being so close to the main carriageway to Shannon / Galway |

Nice bar. Friendly staff. Spacious room with very comfy bed! Room a bit cold. When I ordered room service they sent up extra food which had not been ordered. Was promised it would be taken off final bill but when checking out it was still on bill. |

Staff behind bar were very disorganised. lots of people moving but noone serving. Our bedroom was no smoking but immediately we went in there was a strong smell of smoke. later on during the night the smell from the bedclothes woke us both. We complained on checkout & got an apology. |

Quiet location; easy check-in and check-out. I feel decieved when you say I am to ask 4 questions here, and it is really 4 catetories with something like 17 questions. I am happy to give an evaluation, but feel this was misleading. |

Nice room, very spacious, and great view from the window No over sheet on bed, very heavy quilt for time of year, uncomfortable to sleep as too warm and no top sheet to use instead of heavy quilt . Awake early morning from noice of cleaners outside, constant banging and noise |

I liked the ease of parking, the welcome of the staff, and the comfort of the room, also we used the spa, which was quite a treat. We ordered breakfast to our room on one morning, but we were both dissapointed with it, the scrambled eggs were tasteless, the rashers were similar and the bread (toast) was like putty when toasted.-Its our only complaint though. |
