easy and relaxing to stay staff very helpful and good athmosphere people seemed to be there for a variety of reasons and there is plenty of room and facilities to sit and chat or conduct business

Room was excellent. Really smart, clean. Very spacious and well appointed.

Nothing. First class. Would definately stay again.

The hotel was clean, ample parking space.

1- Breakfast room service was freezing, such a waste of food- made complaint and also talking to guest who had the same complaint. Was reading reviews on the booking site and they too complained about the breakfast been cold. 2. No residents bar, you have to sit in the lobby and get your drink brought to you and that was even hassel, first ever hotel I stayed in where there was no residents bar and you were kicked out of the bar an 01:00. 3. Cocktail bar was closed friday evening, wedding on saturday and the bar was packed and we just made a way to the cocktail bar for seating but it was not open , we sat there anyway and got food not to the delight of the staff. X Bed, 2 single together sore back. Excuse spelling rushing.

Because I only spent the night at the hotel ( between 0000 - 0900 ) it is difficult to give you an objective view, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast and staff were good

the hotel room was looking a little tired for a 4star facility, decoration, bathroom mold, tv from the dark ages.

staff were plesnat and helpful

canadian hottub was out of order - this should have been specified before i made booking.

When you flush toilet there is a very loud noise for a good few minutes. Like a ships horn !Cobwebs on ceiling left side of bed in corner.

we didnt stay long, only 1 nite for elton john concert, we arrived at 1830 and couldnt get a parking space ! we eventually had to park up on a field at the end of the property, we told the check in staff who advised us this was because of the park and ride system for the concert, i still was not impressed as we could not get parking even though we were residents !

Had problems with lighting in the room and had to get maintenance up to fix. Room was overpriced and drink prices in the bar were crazy. Also wedding party on and as a result wasnt relaxing, people everywhere bar busy, reception taken over and noisy.

the food was fab and all the staff were very helpfully and polite at all times

Had scones with coffee and the scones were under cooked

Easy to find from the high way in both directions (Airport and Limerick)and plenty and easy parking

In the early morning no one at the desk to check out.3. the food in the restaurant was poor and regarding valkue for money a worse experience.
