Staff were excellent, rooms spotless.

Room was quite cold, had to request for heating. Breakfast could be explained better, I never saw any bread.

I thought the staff were first class very friendly and accommodating . The breakfast was really nice and the hotel has a very light and airy feel to it and the hotel room itself was very spacious .Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ahenry.

My only gripe with the hotel was even though the heating was on in the room ,the room still felt cool when you entered.So I'm not sure if this was down to the fact that the radiator was not set for a high enough temperature or maybe the room could have done do with a second radiator maybe.I did try to turn up the radiator in the room but it's not possible to do this manually yourself.

it was a very enjoyable stay with friends...the staff were fab and so was the food..will definitely stay there again.

First impressions were positive as the the foyer area was very welcoming. The receptionist and any staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We spent the evening in the comfortable and beautifully designed lounge area and had some delicious snacks. Our bedroom, like every other part of this hotel was spotless and comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by noisy and probably drunken neighbours who prevented us from sleeping. Our request to be given another room at 3.30am was promptly sorted by the young man on duty who apologised for the disruption. This is a lovely hotel with its own leisure centre and is an ideal place to get away from it all.

The walls between the rooms seem too thin as we could hear people on either side of us talking.

Very clean comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. A lot of services gym pool bars etc ( although I didn't have time to check everything it seemed really popular). For the quality of the hotel the price is very competitive, good value for sure.

I had an enjoyable stay with a clean spacious warm room , friendy staff and good food.I don,t believe there is anything I didn't like or could fault.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and the spa was great!!

Hotel is very family friendly. There were toys and children's books in the bar, and the staff was particularly attentive to our needs. There is also access to the swimming pool and kid's pool (very clean and child- friendly) and they have this KardioKids indoor playground too - we didn't go but it looks great. The hotel is modern and comfortable, and free wi-fi is available from the main areas (reception & bar) When things were not 100% perfect, the staff at the reception took in our feedback for immediate corrective actions. Can't ask for better!

Last order for dinner is quite early by my standards.

Pas de chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner. Ne pas avoir profiter de la piscine car pas de bonnet de bain. Chambre mal insonorisée. Manque d'information sur les activités de l'hôtel.

The location, staff and price was excellent. €85 per night was good value for these times and I look forward to returning.

I think the decor is lovely

The meal in the restaurant was very very poor my husband and I both had steak it was awful the pepper sauce was like gravy and didn't taste like pepper sauce the chips were like something from a chipper the meat was thin just awful. Breakfast there was a hair on the black pudding so over all I would not recommend the food. I didn't like the bed skimpy bed linen

Ideally situated and ran transport from the door to Galway races which was inexpensive and convenient.

Friendly staff & pool for kids

The room was a non smoking room & last guests had obviously been smoking. Beds were hard. Rooms a little tired. I felt that becausee the hotel was not in full occupation more consideration could have been taken to give us a room that was smoke free. Also had leak in bathroom & broken window. All in all a bit of a let down since our last stay there. Still good location for our needs.
