We had a very friendly and professional welcome,and a very nice room,with some very interesting features.Car parking was easy and the hotel location was excellent.We think all hotels should be like this.

I liked the ease with checking in and leaving.

I didn't like that I arrived just 4 minutes after 9pm and I could not get anything to eat in the restaurant. The curtains in my room were not hooked properly and looked shabby.

Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. The staff were courteous and helpful and the the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the town.

The room was clean and bright and modern

The laminate floors in the bedroom were very noisy. The number of TV channels was very limited.

didn't like the fact you had to eat your meals in the bar especially the breakfast.Every time you got a drink from the bar you were charged a different price.

Easy to find,very homely and welcoming. I loved the design of the room , the staff were extremely helpful and obliging. The food was amongst the best I have experienced. I will definitely visit the Station Hotel in the near future .

The doorway between two room, me and my friends could access each others rooms and just chill out and enjoy ourselfs!

The receptionist. When we landed in Letterkenny to check-in, the receptionist (Claire, I think) used a stereotype on my friends and I. She assumes we'd be "messing about" and break things in the room, therefore she insisted on a deposit. I didn't mind paying the deposit, I was confident I'd get it back and I understand it's hotel policy for large groups but I just didn't like the way the receptionist approached us that day. All other staff were more than satisfactory and were very helpful to us when we arrived back to the hotel that night.

Liked location, staff, prices, we had 15 man stag party and we were treated well by staff

Friendly staff.lovely room.quiet even with hen party guests these were put on another floor .excellent breakfast in dining area.Spacious room comfortable bed.

i found the staff to be extremely nice, they did everything they could to make us feel welcome, i felt very relaxed in the hotel, they even brought us up a bottle of wine on the house for our honeymoon, thought that was a lovely gesture. definitely reccommend this hotel to friends, and will be coming back soon :) staff definitely are the nicest people i have met in a long while, they are a credit to the hotel :)
