Very little, this is a budget hotel charging 4 star prices the rooms were austere, sparsely furnished with a bathroom/wet room & a shower where you have to sit on the floor to wash your feet! |

Staff in Dining room were pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if somewhat chaotic-no plates for toast, but enough food and variety Smoke and noise. We were on non-smoking floor but previous occupiers had covered smoke alarm with shower cap and obviously smoked in the room. reported this but nothing was done. Receptionist on arrival was surly and unfriendly |

Clean, modern hotel, in a good location. Easy to find. We were given the wrong room when we checked in, and we had to check in two more times before we got the right room. |

i liked the location of the hotel the most. i felt it was accessible to everything i required durning my stay.. shops, pubs etc i have no problems with hotel itself, however we did have to relocated to a twin room instead of a double due to a problem with previous guests. we were notified before arrival but we were not offered anything complimentary eg. breakfast or drink even. that being said i still enjoyed my stay very much!! |

Stayed at the hotel for my boyfriends birthday, we had a brilliant time. Our room was massive and very clean. We were at the very front of the hotel and we had views all around the front with the massive windows. Vending machines were in a room beside ours and an ice machine. |

It was very central to the middle of town, and it was also very handy that there was parking, the room was bright and clean, I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel, I just found that when we booked in we were told that the restaurant were serving food until 9. |

Room very clean and new I arrived at approx 9.30pm no food available. While at the bar I asked was there crisps or peanuts available. None available other than go to a vending machine on the first floor. A minor item - there was no sleep timer switch on the TV |

Central location, quiet and pleasant staff. Overall the hotel was value for money, modern and clean. Breakfast was not enjoyable - they ran out of food, juice, bowls etc. and service very slow. Should consider moving the breakfast queing direction so you don't meet the end of it walking in the door. No manager on duty. Poor ventilation & slow drainage of shower & lack of wardrobe not impressive. |
