I liked the ease with checking in and leaving. I didn't like that I arrived just 4 minutes after 9pm and I could not get anything to eat in the restaurant. The curtains in my room were not hooked properly and looked shabby.

The doorway between two room, me and my friends could access each others rooms and just chill out and enjoy ourselfs! The receptionist. When we landed in Letterkenny to check-in, the receptionist (Claire, I think) used a stereotype on my friends and I. She assumes we'd be "messing about" and break things in the room, therefore she insisted on a deposit. I didn't mind paying the deposit, I was confident I'd get it back and I understand it's hotel policy for large groups but I just didn't like the way the receptionist approached us that day. All other staff were more than satisfactory and were very helpful to us when we arrived back to the hotel that night.
