Ramada Encore Letterkenny

We love the room it was verry clean and the staff was verry help full. Any thing we needed for the room like each towels or milk we got in lest then 5mints

Noting we did like it was preakfast for us

The staff are what really make this hotel. They were very friendly, local and very helpful. I read that the hotel was really central but I didnt realise how central it was. It was situated in a quiet area and only 5 min from other pubs and the retail shopping park. Finally the food was exceptional and very reasonable. We didnt bother eating anywhere else. :-)

Excellent overall package. Room clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Staff so friendly, chatty and helpful. Food excellent. Relaxing atmosphere and yet just on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent location.

The only downfall was - no bath! This did not affect me on this short stay but a relaxing bath would have been a nice option for longer stay...

Room was a bit cold, I don't think heating on fully on because it was Sept.

As an extra bed was required in our room the staff accomodated us with making up sofabed upon arrival.

Reception called room 12:15 to notify room was to be vacated by 12:00, no ironing/ironing board in room, no wardrobes/drawers/poor drainage system in bathroom, no mini bar/fridge, extremely poor exchange rate!!! £1.00 = €0.96

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The location of the hotel was very good, close to shops and the pubs and clubs.

i liked the room and the lay out . it was so handy to the town and parking at the hotel . so once we arrived we had no need to drive during our stay

i went to letterkenny for a break away after all the stress of work . lovely when i arrived until the night came. the noise of the traffic first was unsettleing. then between the hours of 3.00 - 8.00am the drunks started making themselves heard shouting up and down the hallway.i was next to room were to doors could link up as one room. the couple next door had a full filling weekend were we could heard what was going on, i reported this to the staff when leaving that morning. all your staff could say that porter staff was on checking and nothing had been said.other couples had made complaints to. it was a total waste of my money. i hope that you can resolve this matter with your porter.

Easy access to the town friendly staff and its cleanliness...

Limited car parking spaces.I had to park in a near by shopping centre,i also noticed a lot of staff using it maybe if they used alternative parking customers to the hotel would have space to park.
