Golf course was great, location accessible to Cashel, Tipperary and Limerick easily.
A bit overpriced but marginally.
Friendliness of staff Quality of food Comfortable bedroom.
Lovely hotel , lovely food
Leisure facilities Generally a great location and really enjoyed our stay
No lockers near pool and showers not private
overall everything was v good Staff were v good and v obliging
Dining room could be improved . it needs brightening up and the quality of the breakfast. the cooked breakfast was poor (cold and lying in the dishes looking uninviting )
The location was great and the bedrooms were very comfy!!!
The golf facilities.
The steam room wasn't open all week.
Very handy for Tipperary Races. Quiet location. Helpful staff.
Restaurant and food was a bit basic
Facilities - pool and golf Food Quiteness at night, even with a wedding going on in the hotel Cleanliness Friendliness of all staff Efficency of booking the room from the internet and at reception
Very polite and always asked if we needed anything just ask!food was great.good size room.would definitely come back agan!
Should have bottles of water in the rooms!
Had a nice pool and great outdoor space
Many rooms were smoked in despite being a non-smoking room. There were no toiletries in room and the mattresses were very cheap and springy. Breakfast was not well stocked.
Breakfast over cooked poor presentation
Stale smoke smell in my room
Spacious clean room & good breakfast
Card key for rooms not working & not a sign of a manager to explain to guests. Has the overall profile of a place in need of someone to take control, staff seem untrained but doing their best.
Great golf course, nice facilities & good sized rooms
From the moment you enter the hotel you feel welcome. The rooms are spotless and bright and very well equipped. Bar and restaurant staff were spot on.the breakfast was so big even I couldn't finish it. To sum up, although I was there on business, it felt more like I was on holidays
It's just a little bit far away from city or town life if traveling with kids..but then thats all part of its charm.
Location, leisure centre,view,
Staff were top class - very friendly and helpful. Hotel is fabulous.
It would be nice to have bottles of (tap) water in the room.
VERY GOOD FOR RACING AT TIPPERARY
Everything was excellent and restored my faith in Irish Hotels
Nice big room and breakfast was tasty
No plug for sink and there didn't appear to be a residents bar facility
Staff were friendly and accommodating. We had special needs that were addressed quickly and promptly. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Beds and pillows were also comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room. I usually don't have a good first nights sleep when I travel, but did at this hotel. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful and well manicured. I would stay here again.
The thermostat is not adjustable, I think. Heat is either on or off. We did not ask the front the desk about settings so this might be our fault.
very clean spacious hotel with large safe carpark . large bedrooms which are very clean and well equipped. would highly recommend this hotel . the hotel is mainly used for its golf course, and can be quite expensive during the main golf season. during the low season the hotel is unbeatable value for money. cannot think of any negative things to say about this hotel.
very nice rooms & staff /good breakfast
not seeing the front of the building when we came in
We did receive an upgrade after complaining about the room we were first allocated as we complained about stained sheets and general dirt. The Manager was very apologetic
Overall the hotel was very dirty from the room we were first allocated to the public areas. Apart from the manager who dealt with our complaint the staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful
