Comfortable hotel with all that you need during your stay. Bar food was quite expensive for what was received though. House keeping still knocked on my door at 10.30am even though I had a late check out for 1.30pm. I left early as a result of being woken up. |

Rooms very comfortable - pool and spa Found it difficult to find out about menu for restaurant - no info in room - thought there might have been a copy of menu and prices there to help decide if we wanted to eat in-house or not. |

I was very disappointed with the bed in the room because it was 2 single beds pushed together, the swimming pool was very small. Ordering dinner was extremely difficult as the waiter had very bad English. |

First impression is great as you drive up to the hotel. It is very grand in appearance. Reception, lounge etc all every comtemporary and new. I asked for a room upgrade, which the receptionist said I could have over the phone but I was quite disappointed with the room we did get. (104)The only upgrade we seem to have got was two bottles of water in our room. The room just did not fit with the standard of the hotel, it seemed quite old compared to the rest of the hotel??eg bathroom tiles.Overall was quite dissappointed with the stay |

Location, aimiable and efficient staff Bar menu was a little restricted as was "Last orders" for food at 9pm as I did not arrive util after 8.30pm |

The floor staff particularly SEbastian from Poland was great help and friendly as were others. You say the check in was 2pm. We arrived at 4pm and our room was not ready till 5pm. We got a different room than booked. They said chek in is 4pm. Wouldnt let us use the leisure centre on Sunday after we checked out. We specifically asked for a late check out. manager was rude and unfriendly and we felt we were thrown out. Never happened me before as I stay at hotels at least twice per month. |
