Its difficult to decide what we liked best! The reception staff (well all the staff really) were friendly and efficient; our room was spacious and spotless with a beautiful view over Lough Allen. We had a meal with 6 of our relatives in the bar and this was very good. The breakfasts were excellent - I had the Full Irish before we left and it was just delicious! All in all it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in - and we've stayed in a few around the world!!

Very easy going and relaxed, but efficient, organised and courteous. Beds were gi-normous, you could get lost in them, but very comfortable.

We loved our stay at the Ramada, it was very peaceful, just what we were looking 4, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we would stay again.

I think there could be more activities available, more things to do because if we were 2 go again I would take the children but there would have to be loads of things to do

The staff were friendly. Located beside horse-riding stables. In a quiet village, but staff were happy to help with transport options for going out tO Carrick on Shannon.

There is a lovely leisure centre and spa, the staff are lovely, had a room with lake view and weayther was brillant we were lucky, marvellous value for money and best of all had air conditioning as temp was 25C. would go back again for longer stay.

The setting of the Hotel is so beautiful and the facilities are fantastic. The view to the lake and the surrounds were so peaceful. The Spa, fitness centre and pool were very clean and of a high quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

The staff in the bar, restraunt and fitness/pool/spa, were so helpful and accommodating, the staff at the desk could have been a little friendlier, they were very professional but maybe a little more relaxed with the clients.

We booked a family room, we found it very cold with heat on. We would have liked a full family room eg a double bed and two singles as other hotels have.
