The room 206 was very dated with a broken piece of furniture in the corner, The breakfast portion was very small, the waitress didnt seem too interested even in taking my order, the hotel seems very old fashioned but maybe thats what the american tourists like, i wouldnt be rushing back there anytime soon

The friendly welcome on arrival was extended to us during our stay in the hotel. We were sent a tea tray to our room on arrival & there was complimentry coffee & biscuits in hotel lobby all day. Beautiful lounge to relax in front of open fire. I agree with their slogan "a step back in time..a step forward in comfort & service". Thank you for making our visit to Killarney so enjoyable. It was so good we stayed another night.

The Randles is a very comfortable and friendly hotel which is close to Killarney town. I look forward to staying there again There wasn't much to entertain our ten year old especially as the pool was closed when we arrived on Stephen's Day.

Staff were nice. Breakfast nice. Disappointed with the stay, rooms shabby overall, bed covers stained, some of group put in horrible rooms. Not good value for money. Pool closed from 12-5pm on the Sunday-the only time it would be useful on the sunday of a bank holiday weekend. Won't be returning and would not recommend.

It is a lovely old world hotel in a good location. Walking distance from town centre Breakfast was not all self-service so there was a bit of a wait for cooked food which was then meagre for such a good hotel.

Cant really tick any of the above boxes. Swimming pool was more like a glorified bath with restrictions - no use from12 till 5 daily. Old hotel which was very easily accessible to the town but definetly wouldnt go back.

Went on a romantic weekend away and stayed in the randles court hotel.Enjoyed my trip enormously. The hotels location is superb as it is just a 5 minute stroll into town. There was a small wait to be seated for breakfast in the mornings,we were warned about this, and it is only a small thing anyway.
