The room was lovely, a great place to relax. The location was perfect as it was close to all the shops and restaurants. It was a gorgeous hotel, we will be going back again. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely old world atmosphere without being too stuffy. Rooms are quite large and very well furnished. Beds are super king size and quite comfy as well. Definitely one of the nicer hotels we've been in. Not really - we would have appreciated basic tea / coffee making facilities in the room but that's minor and certainly wouldn't put us off returning there. |

Comfortable hotel, with very good breakfast. By the fire in the lounge is a great place to unwind...whether it be poring over a newspaper/book or just dozing off! Gorgeous antiques throughout. Our stay wasn't long enough to take in the leisure facilities/spa. Bathroom in our room could have done with a revamp (a bit tired) but spotlessly clean. Decor in our room was a bit tired but I believe some others have been revamped. |

We enjoyed our stay in Randles, the room was spotless and very well decorated as was all the hotel. The breakfast menu was vast with something for everyone. The quality of the food and service was excellent. I would recommend it as a great base to discover Killarney. We stayed mid february and the only crib that we had was that the room should have been better heated as we booked in advance. Having said that we never mentioned this to the staff, to have sorted out, so we are partly to blame. |

I felt I should have been informed that the first floor rooms were being refurbished as I specificallyrequested a first floor room for an elderly person. A phone call would have been appropriate in the circumstances. |

The food was lovely. Location was good also as it was not far from town. The hotel itself had lovely reception area and the spa was fabulous. There was no water in the room (or tea/coffee facilities). We had to go to the bar each time we wanted water. Our room was located overlooking the car park where there was a side entrance. I was woken each morning by really loud banging of doors as people were coming and going from 6 in the morning. That really affected my stay at this hotel. Also there was no gym. |
