Excellent location just a few minutes drive from Muckross House and Torc Waterfall. Huge room, plenty of parking. Staff extremely helpful on directing me to nearest police station to report stolen property and offering to help! Wonderful freshly cooked to order hot breakfast including apple crepe, and according to the boyfriend the best sausages in Ireland!

Would highly recommend, great value for money and brilliant location for exploring Killarney National Park and Ring of Kerry.

It is a hotel of high quality and in an excellent location with good friendly staff. Had to request extra blankets. This is 1 area bed cover blankets may not be up to scratch for tourists used to higher tempratures.

There was nothing that I disliked

The food was 5 star, easily the best food we have had in ages. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and nice to have a pool. Great location.

The hall lights dont come on sometimes and I nearly fell on the stairs. The treatments given by the therapist were terrible. Also the pool had two loose filters on the bottom of the pool and my partner cut their feet on them.

The hotel was a convenient 5 minute walk from Killarney. The staff were very professional and helpful and rooms were spotlessly clean. We only had breakfast which was excellent. There is a drying room for golfers, hikers and bikers to dry wet gear, a must for the west of Ireland. There is an underground and overground carpark, the overground carpark is covered by security cameras. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Homely, comfortable, relaxing, clean hotel,friendly staff, good food and excellent pint of guinness.Rooms are large very clean and comfy bed.This is the type of hotel you don't want to leave.

The staff were friendly very helpful rooms very comfortable location ideal not to far away from the town.enjoyed the stay only fault was that we found killarney an expensive place but the price of the rooms. Made it that more affordable over all enjoyed our stay an would go back.

A very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Elegant rooms and good facilities within easy walking distance of Killarney town centre. Underground and overground parking available free of charge.

Only one thing annoyed me - a gardener was weeding the flower beds beside where my car was parked and covered it in dirt and small scrapes. I'd only just washed it for a wedding too! Guess I was just unfortunate.
