We specifically came for the music, so we knew there would be noise in the evening and we were fine with that, We asked for a quiet room (for after the band was finished), but really there are no quiet rooms. We were away from the band, but above the reception area and front door/stairs, so there was often noise. We could hear our neighbour's tv. If you are not a light sleeper, you will be fine.
Lisdoonvarna in general was very quiet. We used it as a base to drive other places, but there wasn't a lot to do right there.
There were some lovely perks in the room, like a small stainless steel kettle and a large teapot, along with tea bags, packets of biscuits, coffee. The towel warmer in the bathroom was nice. It's obvious that the owners have put a lot of thought into every detail. There is an information book in the room which is very helpful.
We had a great meal: fish and chips were great; lamb stew was great; cheese plate was nice. We enjoyed "staying in" and listening to the entertainment in the bar - great young band.
Room was very clean. Adaptors were available to borrow from reception (ours didn't fit the plugs).
The price was fantastic (booked through Bookings.com)
