Hotel staff were very friendly and were able to answer any queries we had. The hotel was adjacent to public transport (tram) which was handy for getting into Dublin city centre. Despite official check in time being 2 p.m. wour room was not ready until after 3 p.m. Also when we went for breakfast there was a delay of approx. 15-20 minutes before we could get a table for two. |

The Breakfast was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were very obliging and friendly. The hotel would not leave me check in until 2pm. This was inconvenient, but the receptionist was not very pleasent conveying this message to my family. Also, a map to the local tram station would be very helpfull. |

Good brekie, good staff, great room , good value suited us for 1 night. The Luas did not stop directly outside the hotel, and the walk to the park and ride Luas line was confusing. That was the only downside. |

The fact that theres a separate bar and nighclub with entertainment and food, the location The price of breakfast and the extra price of having breakfast in your room, the distance from the Luas stop is a bit too far and very exposed |

Very cosy & comfortable. It was difficult to find the entrance from the M50. We could see the hotel but it was difficult to locate the entrance - so signage would be very helpful. |

What a lovely hotel with lots of relax areas in lobby and on first floor. Very convenient to leave car and walk 10 minutes to Luas (Tram) and 30 mins on it to city centre. |

I booked a double room on your web site however when I got to the hotel they informed me there were only twin rooms left. I was annoyed at this. I also ordered two breakfasts to the room for the following morning and only one breakfast was delivered. |

Hotel staff more than helpful and a lovely fresh cooked breakfast(not a horrible buffet steamed up like lots of other hotels). Luas line across the road leaves the rest of Dublin 10-15 minutes away. I would recommend anyone thinking of going to Dublin to consider using the hotel, park your car and use the Luas. |
