The hotel location is good, with the tram taking you directly into Dublin City in less that 30 mins. The room size was very good and the accommodation could not be faulted. Having had meals in both the Restaraunt and Bar we found the food in the evening was very disappointing,

We loved the location as we had a party that night. Rooms need updating as they do not match decor of reception and bar .

Reception told us room was not paid for although my daughter had called to hotel the previous day and paid in cash - this is the second time this has happened to me - rooms at the back of the hotel are very noisy from 6 am as staff are moving crates and barrels outside

This was our second time staying with your hotel. The first was a midweek break during the summer. After enjoying this stay so much, especially the evening meal, we decided to book again for my wife's birthday in dec. On this ocassion we had to eat in the bar which was a little dissapointing as it was for my wifes birthday. The food was again excellent.

Both the hotel and staff were well above average, very polite and helpful, room clean and modern. Hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to Luas tram system and a 15 minute tram trip to Heuston train station and the west part of Dublin.
