Staff were very friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful and room was small but very cosy.

    Nothing really. Couldn't complain.

We were there for Mothers Day Sunday lunch and even though they were extremely busy the food was excellent and the staff were cheerful and friendly. Have stayed here before and find it an extremely relaxing and friendly atmosphere..

The location was great and the room was very comfortable. The meal we had in the evening was superb but expensive. Sitting reading the papers in the lounge area was very relaxing.

We found that the traffic passing could be heard easily. At breakfast we were limited in the choices and some of the items seemed to be left out from the night before. Another couple were at breakfast also. They were the only other couple staying and we were seated right beside them at breakfast. It meant that both ourselves and them were stilited in what we were chatting about. My wife found the room a little dated and dark also.

The food and the staff in the restaurant were excellent but as this is their main business it would have been disappointing to be otherwise. Nice cosy feel to an old building

The room and all about it but most especially the world's most uncomfortable bed. Spent most of the night on the floor but when we complained the next morning the manager who was within earshot chose to ignore us. After being shunted around on arrival so they could fix our toilet, we didn't like the management much either!

Such a warm, personal welcome. Lunch was very tasty. The setting of the hotel is blissful, on Lough Swilly, the view was fantastic. A lovely, relaxed place to spend a few hours.

Room no.3 was disappointing and not up to the standard of the other 3 rooms. The bathroom is out of date and had a strange smell. For this reason the price was 1 night bnb was much too high. Breakfast was a little lackluster.
