Good hosts, rooms clean, food fine, tea and coffee in room and good location

en-suite a bit cramped, some decor needs modernised, a bit pricey for the overall package.

It is so so close to the city center, only 5 minutes walk; the hotel is near by the University area as well where is a main attractive place in Cork.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was very good, especially in terms of allowing us a free late checkout..

The staff are fantastic, also the atmosphere is so relaxed...there is no stress regarding check out times and we were allowded sleep in and take our time, the room was spacious enough and absolutley clean, the price was beyound budget for a room with such a good city centre location, it was just a short walk to the city centre, also the location seemed to be the best part of town, the beautiful university was just across the road.

I felt it very irish, with the simpaty which caractecterizes your people! It is a place where you feel at home.

The welcome and folspitality from the owner was very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. It was a nice homely feel. There was car parking available and the breakfast was delicious cooked by the owners lovely wife. (apologies for not remembering their names). They even allowed me to use their private laptop to update my fantasy football team. Only a 15 minute walk from centre or town. would recommend this B & B.

The staff were extreamly polite and helpfull, the rooms was very clean and comfortable and location was perfect for the city

location is excellent to city centre for entertainment/dining,university,CUH,all sports events.hospitality in abundance,food varied and plentifull,highly reccommended.made a return reservation.well done to all staff here.

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My room was very clean and great value for money as Redclyffe is so close to city centre. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cork

Very helpful friendly staff. Nice building and grounds.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Fire escape, as viewed from inside, needs cleaning. Visual impact - the carpeting on the stairs needs to be repaired/covered with runner-worn in middle of steps.

Looks a bit down market but is actually OK for stopping in. It is ideally located for walking in to the city centre. Plenty of parking available.

I (and my partner with whom I've filled in this questionnaire) only stayed one night so, obviously, we can only speak of what went on over 24 hours. We liked the staff and the cleanliness and the breakfast. We have to put in a special mention regarding Mike who made us very welcome.

The only thing we didn't like was that when we turned up at around one in the afternoon, the room was not yet available and we had to go away and 'kill' a couple of hours before it was made available.
