Wi-fi signal was great. Comfortable room. Quite a few stairs, but if you're not lazy it's fine. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. There is a bus right outside that takes you into city center, but if you want to walk its about 15 minutes. Overall liked everything and I thought it was a great price for my stay.

Comfortable room, en suite, television, free wifi, quiet area, close to city centre. Carpet in the room looked as though it hadn't been hoovered for a while. Only 2 UHT milks were provided which was only enough for one cup of tea/coffee.

I hardly find anything positive apart from being 10-15 minutes of walking distance to Cork center No heater was on during the night and there was no mention of this at the website. This facility do not deserve to be listed in Booking.com with *** guest house. Some of the pictures do not represent the premises.

Friendly staff with good sense of humour. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. Location very quiet and only short walk to centre of Cork. Easy access to other parts of Ireland. On site parking can be a bit tricky but there was always a space and if other cars double parked owner had keys to move cars out of the way, so no real problem.

The breakfast was really good and the owners were very friendly. The bathroom was a bit too small and the room we were given had no view. Could have been a bit cheaper.

The hosts were absolutely lovely! As a solo traveller it was nice being around there. The room was a decent size and bed comfortable. I got in at 11am in the morning well before checkin time and they were lovely and even let me get my room early.
