Good location. Convenient to the bus which feeds downtown. Parking onsite. On a busy street, but set back so relatively quiet.

The best thing about this place is the owners. I have stayed here three times and they are always so easy going and friendly. The second thing is the breakfast, really good quality sausages and eggs. We had a very large and comfortable room which was clean, bright and well equipped. Every time I come to Cork I will stay here. Not much. I guess it could be a bit closer to the city centre.

We were able to arrive very late and leave our car the next day as we explored Cork. Very friendly people. Parking was tight, but then it is the city.

The host was very funny - very witty and droll. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. Rooms had windows that opened. Not enough hangers in the closet, poor water pressure in the shower and the water wasn't very hot, lights burned out in bathroom and bedside, breakfast was just ok and coffee was terrible.

It is not a 3 start Hotel. It's an equivalent of a backpackers hostels. Room are very small, not properly clean and the irish breakfast I got was burned. Also, they start to prepare breakfast at 7,30 am which means that you can eat something maybe at 8am. In my opinion is quite late if you need to catch a bus, train or plane. I won't come back there!

I loved the friendly, laid-back staff and the well-cooked full-Irish breakfast was lovely. The location adjacent to Fitzgerald Park, the Mardyke, UCC and the city is fantastic.

Wi-fi signal was great. Comfortable room. Quite a few stairs, but if you're not lazy it's fine. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. There is a bus right outside that takes you into city center, but if you want to walk its about 15 minutes. Overall liked everything and I thought it was a great price for my stay.

Comfortable room, en suite, television, free wifi, quiet area, close to city centre. Carpet in the room looked as though it hadn't been hoovered for a while. Only 2 UHT milks were provided which was only enough for one cup of tea/coffee.

I hardly find anything positive apart from being 10-15 minutes of walking distance to Cork center No heater was on during the night and there was no mention of this at the website. This facility do not deserve to be listed in Booking.com with *** guest house. Some of the pictures do not represent the premises.
