The staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a great family atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Comfortable room and facilities. Fully cooked breakfast.Car parking facilities which were very useful. Will use Redclyffe when I visit cork again! |

The old Irish welcome is there. The owner is an exceptionally helpful & friendly person. Of course there are many other positives as indicated elsewhere with answers to this questionaire but this was worth also highlighting in restricted number of words available here. I got excellent directions to get me to an out of the way venue in Cork from the owner. I was in a hurry at breakfast and service was quick. |

Redclyffe Guesthouse is a very beautiful hotel in Cork. The staff is excellent! A very good english breakfast. The room was very big, comfortable and clean. It's just a few minutes from the city center! |

Our host and hostess were so fun. Very social gent and a great sense of humor. The room was quiet and the "neighbors" were courteous and quiet as well. The breakfast was excellent. The interior was much more dated than I thought it would be. This, however, would not be enough to keep me from coming back again. It was a little hard to locate at night as there wasn't a street number associated with it. (GPS had trouble.) |

Redclyffe was close to the college and about a twenty minute walk to the city. Quiet at night . Warm room and great breakfast. The same key opened the front door and our bedroom - so i'm not sure how secure that was. |

the sheets were clearly laundered well.The bread was gluten free. there was nothing nice about this guesthouse i disliked the level of care and attention I would expect for the price. The front door had a glass panel missing. The carpet was threadbare ,the whole experience distasteful. The breakfast room was so uncomfortable, not an effort put in to music for example as a background. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Redclyffe Guesthouse.I loved the warm family irish welcome the minute we arrived.Mike Sheehan the owner couldnt be more helpful.He organised our taxis,made us feel right at home.It was like walking into your own sitting room!!!!Definately will stay again and have advised all my friends to stay also!!Thumbs up!!! |
