The location w.r.t centre and airport The room was a bit cold (possibily because I was at top floor). The last day the wake-up call wasn't set at the agreed time. |

Nothing on Booking.com about no food or drink allowed in your hotel room. Most of the places to eat at were Take Away only. If the hotel found out you had food or drink in your room they had the right to charge you. Had you posted this information on you website we would have stayed at a different hotel. |

Gym was very good, lots of equipment. Very clean. Price was good though being charged 10 Euros to park your car seemed unfair. Breakfast was poor. Hot food was luke warm, sat down to a dirty tablecloth and stained chairs. |

The location of the hotel was very good. Provided quick access to the city without being in the city. The price was excellent for the location and room. |

bar staff were excellent, food was lovely and the consierege or whomever directed me to the hotel very helpful. reception very nice. I would like to say i rang ahead to confirm my booking and that i would like to pay for the room before my other half got to the hotel as he was arriving first. i was told that my booking was not there first, then she said that it would take time for the booking to arrive from booking .com. i was then told i could not pay for the room over the phone. i needed to send an email to use the card on my reservation i explained i had put this with my reservation in the comments. She would not accept this. i explained i was traveling and that i could not e-mail. to please out a note on the reservation to allow me to pay and not my other half when he arrived. The reseravation agent then told me i was "dodgey" which i did not take kindly too. |

The room we were in was very large, bathroom excellent - tea and coffee facilities Tv, lots of space - very comfy bed. The only thing was that staff who were early morning cleaners were noisy first thing in the morning - they were talking so loud in the corridor - it sounded like they were in the room with us. Apart from this little blip and a recommendation for the management to chat to the cleaners - everything else we could not fault. |

Room was comfortable and location was ideal for visiting Dublin Breakfast choice is poor, No fresh fruit only tinned. Breakfast is nearly all self service but you have to order tea, coffee and toast from a waitress which was very slow |

The spa was very good, although would benefit from longer opening hours? The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location being a short bus ride away from the city centre was very good also. Although ear plugs are rpvided the music from the functions was rather loud and it would be nice if there was some way of addressing this? |

The hotel was easy to drive to, convenient to Croke Park and good bus connections into city centre. Parking charge for residents and restaurant closed after 4. 30 p.m. on Sunday. |

The staff are very lovely and helpful, polite and approachable. It was a very good price (although we spent alot on transport to and from the city) and the room was clean warm and comfortable. We did not like the fact that we booked it under the influence that it was in walking distance to o'connell street when infact we had to get a bus into the city and a taxi back after buses stopped. Also when advertised it is not called Regency 'airport' hotel it is called just regency hotel and leisure club. When u arrive at hotel it has big red light letters sign saying regency 'airport' hotel which if it said this on the website we would not have booked it as we wanted to be walking distance to the nightlife in dublin. |

I found the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful..exceptionally so!! Beautiful pool and ambience..and no one in it!! Room nice and clean..very good value. Great bar..good athmosphere and good music!! Will definately be back again. Very disappointed to see leisure centre close at 6 o clock on saturday night..was really looking forward to a swim and chilling out!! Overnight parking charge of 10 Euro unfair and expensive |

the staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms was a decent size and clean. It was a great location to get into the city centre without having to sleep in the noise of a city. More tea bags in the room would have been nice, also would have been better if the reception staff had explained how to use the spa facilities and where they were when we arrived. |

Nice size room, good breakfast good attached leisure centre. Handy for the city and airport on a major bus route The room could have been warmer, no way of changing the room temperature. Didn't like the rule of no food or drink in your room |

i enjoyed my stay and the room was very suited to our needs. The food in the bar was nice. i did not like the bar staff at this hotel as we had come from England for the weekend and was really looking forward to experience Irland but unfrotunatly the bar staff not appreciate this and remarked that we were English B*****ds. this upset me and my husband and made us feel very unwelcome. it was a good job the hotel was room was nice and warm and had TV or we would have had no where to retreat to. also a shame there is no where to eat after 08.00 in the hotel. |

Easy to get to from the airport, and from there into town. Rooms were a good size and clean and comfortable Haphazard organisation. Unclear what times swimming pool open/available to children/times of restaurant/couldn't get coffee in bar after 8! Concealed fact you need hats for pool (3 euros each) or charge for storing suitcases after checking out (5 euros each) |

Location Due to presence of door to adjoining room in our room we could hear our neighbours as if they were in the bed next to us. As we were staying on business and needed to be up quite early in the morning we complained and asked could we get a new room. The room offered was a disgrace and appeared as if it was set aside for those who complained. Were to stay an additional night but on back of annoyance cancelled 2nd night and went elsewhere. |
