I got no sleep due to other guests shouting and roaring in the hallway all through the night and outside the window and was forced to get up earlier and go to the airport earlier . disgracefull. But the staff were friendly.

Very nice room I thought it was very unreasonable for hotel guests to have to pay 10 euro to park in the hotel car park. This was also not stated when I booked the hotel.

Loved the pool and spa facilities. Well located between the airport and Dublin City centre. Room clean and tidy and maintained throughout our stay. Only ate once and food was fine. Hotel room quite cool. Information about getting to hotel required two emails first one was not answered. We were given little information as to access to the room which was quite difficult as it was level 5 - up on lift to 4th floor and then wander around to find stairs to 5th level.

We enjoyed the leisure club facilities which made all the difference to our experience The decor and carpets are very tired and shabby looking. The coffee in the room is poor quality. The breakfast was poor quality and barely warm with no option for brown or white toast and we were not offered porridge as an option. We had to ask for juice glasses, milk, toast, cutlery. The manager on duty appeared to not have a good eye for attention to detail ie he himself put a cleaning product and cloth on the dining room reception table which completely rendered the flowers useless, a stale glass of guinness left from the night before on a table as we entered the dining room, 2 used tissues on a mantle-piece. This Hotel has the potential to offer real value for money with little extra effort. The staff appear to lack strong clear leadership and motivation Despite trying to do their job and appearing to work hard I suspect they would benefit from different management style

I really appreciated the special deal at the time and having access to the leisure complex as part of my stay. I liked being given a quieter room to the back and view over trees. Thank you for complementary shampoo and tea/coffee making facilities (perhaps a herbat tea could be added to the selection) The matrasses were very soft, which made sleeping for me uncomfortable and people can look into our room if curtain is not drawn. I too would have appreciated a thicker duvet, instead of simple blanket, with the option to have a second one. Having to pay for car parking, which in addition to public transport adds up to quiet an amount of money. I gave some feedback re leisure club e.g. safe use of facilities, hygiene

The reception was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent in the bar. Leisure centre was nice also. The bedding was a little off putting with a blanket instead of a duvet on the bed. The room was a little shabby chipped bath and number missing from the door. Also the room was overly hot at night.

I thought that the staff was helpful and the restaurant downstairs had good food. There were a lot of things that were broken in our room, some mold, and the elevator had lights out and shook when it stopped. Also, our sink in the bathroom leaked.

The hotel was very basic and the room certainly needs some renovation but as we only stayed for an early flight out in the morning from Dublin airport it suited our needs & provided an excellent price for it.

Having stayed at the Regency several times this year, due to its promixity to Beaumont Hospital, on this occasion I very impressed as the kind male receptionist upgraded my room to 4142 which was lovely and quiet and with a view and I actually got a great night sleep. I ate in the bar and as usual the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel does attract alot of young party goers, but thankfully on this occasion my room was no where near them. Thank you very much! Alot of noise from party goers

That there was easy access to the City Centre by bus. The hotel offers a fair price and okay facilities, especially the spa opportunities. We would have liked the oppurtunity to get something else for breakfast. All in all it was okay, but we missed some other choices to put on the bread.

Booked B.com 'deal of the day' and got two lovely rooms for e59.50. We are family of two adults and two older children and got two rooms at the end of a corridor with a door which separated us from the other guests. We booked a babysitter through the hotel and she was excellent. The rooms were spotless and very nicely decorated. We would definitely return again. Having to pay for the use of the carpark having stayed in the hotel is a bit much!

the hotel was easily reached , just off the main road into dublin, close to airport, with regular bus services to oconnell street for £ 1.80 euro, staff were friendly, food excellent and well priced. centra supermarket attached onto hotel also coffee shop as well. great pool and jacuzzi facilities, room was clean fresh and modern and offered a great view over croke park and city.an excellent hotel would stay again if in dublin or catching an early morning flight car parking to rear of the hotel is charged at 10 euro per night,no concessions for hotel guests. clamping zones at centra supermarket so beware !!!,changing room lockers do not have locks on them, so found it somewat unsettling to leave all your wallet and keys and personal effects in unlocked cabinet,if your going, take a small lock with you like a 6mm ,one inch padlock , for peace of mind lol!! not much heat in rooms so either snuggle up close to your missus or if shes not speakin to ya grab an extra blanket!!!!.

I returned to the Regency and again enjoyed my stay. We had plenty of space in our room aas before and complaints I read from other customers on the website about high prices are unfounded. You would be hard pushed to find better value in a Dublin city hotel and I will be staying there again.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi /steam room It was nosy all night long ,there was bits missing where door frame meant to be and had to go outside to get to leisure center from hotel ,there was construction work going on and doors open where the new extension etc was taking place ,very dangerous and very badly signed ,took ages to find the leisure center, its also a public leisure center so very busy ,tv was 20 years old and couple basic channels ,terrible ,I had to listen to noise all night and then from 6.30 /7 in the morning there was so much noise I had to get up .I was there so I could attend the near by hospital and needed a good sleep after a long travel from donegal but I never got that and very let down by the whole experience
