Hotel staff were great and lovely rooms would reccomend upgrading the room as the standards rooms are basic we stayed in a dulux room and it was lovely very clean and comfortable There was no bank machine in the hotel so you had to travelk around 10 minutes to get to one.. The parking was expensive and it was costly to get taxis into the town center

I got no sleep due to other guests shouting and roaring in the hallway all through the night and outside the window and was forced to get up earlier and go to the airport earlier . disgracefull. But the staff were friendly.

Very nice room I thought it was very unreasonable for hotel guests to have to pay 10 euro to park in the hotel car park. This was also not stated when I booked the hotel.

i did enjoy my stay at the regency, it was clean and basic our room was located to the back of the hotel, with the room being so warm at nite we had to leave the window open, due to this we got very little sleep with the function room below us, it was noisey...

Location was perfect for our needs Very noisy street at times, poor choice for room service. We had a budget room so not expecting luxury but the decoration and equipment was dated and not great condition

Excellent Hotel. After viewing some of the reviews for this hotel we were skeptical but because of the price and the fact that it had a swimming pool we decided to try it. We arrived very early so the rooms weren't ready but the staff said we were welcome to use the swimming pool and leisure centre. We were given towels to use. The changing rooms were large and very clean. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were all excellent. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. We later got a bus from outside the hotel into the city centre. We ate in the hotel bar that evening. A crowd had come in from a local football match so there was a good atmosphere. The food was very good and well priced. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to others.

The hotel is in the process of renovation - because of this there are less than acceptable conditions To access our room we needed to take a lift to floor 4 then along the length of the hotel and use the service stairs to get to the fifth floor. I admire business that do all they can to save energy but it is not admired that lights aren't working properly in corridors and are activated by sensor only when you are half way along them Our room was above the main source of entertainment so whether we liked it or not we were blessed with the club singers versions of unpopular country songs. When we asked for a room change it was basically a point blank refusal as it was busy which I can understand but there was no follow up offer for our second night stay when the hotel was much less busy I'm sure when the rooms and facade are up to scratch the hotel will be spot on - until then I would avoid

The ease of travelling into the city. The safe parking. The centra shop right beside the hotel. Didn't like having to go outside to get to the pool and fitness suite. Pool had no towels available.

leisure centre I was placed on the 5th floor - beside air conditioning unit which was noisy and very disturbing. When complained to staff I was not happy with how they dealt with the matter. Rather than apologise they just said airconditioning on a timer...

Everything, the carpet was thread bare, writing all over the wall, crack tiles on the floor in the bathroom, cracked plaster on the wall, cigarette burns on the bedside locker, sagging beds. When I tried to report these things the phone didn't work! When I did however go down to order room service and tell them the receptionists replay was simply "Oh really?"! The only good point was that you could use the gym but I will definitely not be returning here, I'd rather camp in the Phoenix Park!

We liked the room which was lovely and also the bathroom facility. The staff were very friendly and our breakfast was lovely with excellent staff catering us, I loved the fact it was very prompt and we were looked after very well. The residents bar was also lovely with a excellent live band. The only downfall I would say was the window in the bedroom was old and delapadated which should really be modernised to double glazing at least but that was all.

The pool was enjoyable for kids! The food in restaurant was not good. It was burnt & when we asked for one part of the meal 2b changed, the level of service deteriorated & the new one was burnt too!!! Kids got an alternative to what we asked for; we were overcharged; overall our meal experience was disappointing! The room key repeatedly didn't work & we eventually got it changed!

The common facilitoies for everyone was ok, overnight, the noise was dreadful, between people making lots of noise and the fire alarm going off and on top of that the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. The room felt dirty, the radiator was rusty adn dirty, the windows were dirty etc. and the tv didn't work. the spa afcilities were lovely though, i was just too tired to enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff very attentive and friendly. Food lovely and at breakfast you were asked by staff and manager, was there anything else that they could get or do for you. Bedroom spacious, clean, tea/coffee, table/chairs, tv etc suitable for my needs. Leisure centre / pool, very clean, quiet and relaxing. Centra shop and coffee shop practically next door so you never run short of anything. Close to city. Deal was excellent value. Window/ frame in bedroom needs updating as it takes away from the rest of the room othewise great.

Good location, cheap price @ €29.50 per room, plenty of parking Rooms very old fashioned, blue mould around the windows, just an average hotel. Had stayed there before and taught I got a more modern room, however I asked for one when checking in but didn't get one.
