I attended a course that lasted a week and the location of the hotel was ideal. The course venue was just across the road and it made it so easy with no commuting involved. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

The Staff were very efficient and pleasant, the food was excellent, I would have no complaints what so ever, and I will be recommending this hotel to my friends. A bit noisy on Saturday Night owing to a disco and the location of our room was just above the night club, the room number was 26.

Hotel was very nice downstairs but upstairs was like a different hotel, rooms were small and no room service, we couldn't get extra pillows as the hotel was full and had an uncomfortable nites sleep .also we were 2 near the niteclub and could hear the music! Not ideal with kids!

Check-in and check-out where very efficient. Staff expecially the breakfast staff were very friendly. The hotel could do with a general maintenance overhall - chipped paint, stains on carpet, marks on walls etc. The location is excellent - very close to shops and leisure facilities and only 30 minutes from Dublin city centre As above the hotel could do with an overhall on general maintenance. The overall inpression is 'shabby'

The waitress (Christina) was very friendly and helpful. We had the early bird menu and it was very good food at a reasonable price. We stayed on a Saturday night and our room overlooked the door where the party goers were coming out. Loud noise continued until 3.15am and as well as this there is a loud motor running continuously, obviously heating or air conditioning - definitely no sleep! We were delighted that the hotel had a carpark but when i looked out the window at 2.30am there were 2 boys and 1 girls sitting on the boot!!!

The food was really good in the bar area, we had dinner there and it was really nice. The staff on the reservation counter were really quite unhelpful ignoring you while they talked on the phone and not that friendly.

We understood that they had a night club on Fridays but we thought the music would not be heard in the hotel rooms. We were disappointed with the noise levels which went on until after 2 am. We would also expect that if the hotel supplies a large bed that they would supply a duvet to fit the bed. Lights in bathroom were not working over the mirror for shaving, makeup etc.

Bed was comfy Not a hotel for kids. Nightclub music going on well past 2.30am. Way too noisy for me. Shouting in the corridor after nightclub. It is a hotel for hen/stag parties only.Shower was boiling hot. Could not turn it down.

Check in quick. Room a good size. Breakfast and Evening Meal good. When we went to have our evening meal around 8pm after being out for the day, the Bar did not serve children after 7.30pm even though food in the Bar finishes at 9.00pm. However, the staff were very accommodating and provided us with a lovely meal.
