Breakfast was ok, staff friendly and helpful. Free carparking
Room located above nightclub, no sound proofing, room keys needed resetting, staff poorly trained or trying to do jobs they weren't employed for, poorly maintained, toilets in public area blocked and/or u flushable, unable to connect to wifi anywhere in the hotel.....not as described on webpage
Room 31 2nd Floor. Window latch was broken. Could not close. Shower door missing. No channels tuned into TV

It's within walking distance of everything . comfortable . friendly. Staff. I like staying there for relaxation.
Staff were lovely very friendly Breakfast was delicious
I didnt like the fact that the nightclub doesn't open on a Friday night and this is not advertised. Very disappointing
Bed was comfie
Bar seats were very dirty.Breakfast was very poor and just thrown on bar and help urself. noise disco down stairs.
rightbfrom reception to the waiting staff, a great experience. Young lady on reception is excellent....
had to leave.....
Nice hotel and food excellent good deals in bar
If no alcohol consumed it could be a problem to sleep disco underneath hotel
Great location with plenty 2 do.
Noisy. Dirty, spotty wi-fi
room and layout good ,staff excellent, value for money good.
Steak on promotion menu for 29e was grizzly.
The owners of the Hotel are obviously focused on the entertainment ( night club) rather than the hotel business. Carpets filthy, TV not working, no telephone in room, shower curtain falling off, old and torn bed linen and a complete lack of interest in presenting a comfortable guest experience. A total disgrace to call this hotel accommodation . Poor student accommodation would be a more suitable description .
Very nice hotel, lovely staff, right in the middle if the town, night club in site, everything you need for a good night
I'm getting a tiny but old and the crowd in the night club seamed a good bit younger than me but that's just not happy about getting old ha
Price, staff and location all excellent
Room was lot smaller and boxie than previous rooms we have stayed in there and was not to a good a standard at other rooms appears to be variance on rooms in this hotel.
Everybody is so helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are large We has stayed there a couple of years ago so were prepared for the night club in the basement. Although we are both the wrong side of forty, we enjoyed listening to the music from two floors up.
Get a room on one of the higher floors if you are a light sleeper
Good value for money
sometimes gets very overcrowded
Breakfast was nice and fresh.
Found it hard to sleep as people in pub were very noisy in smoking area outside pub. Bedroom was showing lots of signs of wear and tear.
We were on the second floor and there was a gym in the room above us on the third floor so every evening for 2-3 hrs all this pounding above us and also 1-2 hrs in the morning. Surely if the hotel rents out a room for a gym it should be located on the ground floor or basement.
Loved the location
Didnt like when booking online I got charged full price for 4 beds even though 2 of them I had 2 kids under 12 which state kids under 12 stay free.....no breakfast included, no dinner, no tayto park packages at weekend!!
Staff where nice
Breakfast was good lady serving was fantastic..
Room needeed to be cleaned and curtains were ripped to shreds not a good look..
Great value for money
room was very spacious
wifi was not stable in the room. Hotel has a night club on the ground floor therefore some music will be there until later not too laud but still bothering.
close to shops and tayto park
should have better options for dinner and should have evening teas
