the staffwere very helpful and friend;y the fact it needed to be repainted, cracks on the tiles in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and curtains, doors needed to be cleaned. everything was shabby and old.Bed would be adequately described as a cot more than a bed. No remote control for t.v. towels were very old and shabbybut were clean.

It was in a good location, Nice friendly staff When we got to our room in the hall there was bits of wall lying all over the floor. Someone elses bedroom left wide open and two people running around shouting. The floor boards in the bedroom, everyone of them were creeking and wobbly, the tap in the bathroom was loose and didnt work very well. The room smelled a bit. And there was a "baggie" lying on the floor outside on of the room aswel. It may have been cheap but I would rather pay the extra for a better hotel.

The location is in the middle of Temple bar Theres a disco on until 3am and is noisy even on the 2nd floor. The room is very basic and wasn't refurbished in years. The hotel is not a 2 star.

It's right in the city centre, every attraction is in walking distance, including the bus stop to the airport. They serve full breakfast for a reasonable price. The room was a bit cold, but it seems to be a common problem in Ireland.

Staff were helpful. Location was good. Breakfast was good. Carpets in the communal areas looked very dirty. Bathroom needed repair - toilet continuously flushing, shower screen broken, sink didn't drain away etc. Radiator in room wouldn't switch off.
