the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was warm and clean and well equiped for guest. very enjoyable stay thanks they changed the name after i had booked and the sign outside was not very clear |

The service was friendly and welcoming, all the staff were helpful and polite, a real pleasure to stay there. Its location if your using public transport is quite a walk if its raining, which quite often happens in Ireland ! |

We went to an event in the inec and the location really s excellent. We booked a quadruple room and one of the beds was completely broken,luckily there was a double bed so two of us could share.When made known to the hotel,it seemed they were already aware of this. |

The staff could not do enough for us it was a pleasure to stay there. Rivermere Harmony Inn was one of the best places i have stayed in and we will be back again without doubt. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we asked for a taxi number, the manager offered to give us a lift instead - brilliant. We stayed in the new extension part of the hotel/B&B and the rooms were huge, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were a little small but having stayed somewhere else during our visit to Ireland I think that this was a typical size. |

Breakfast was OK and staff were friendly WiFi was advertised as being throughout the entire hotel - it was only in the foyer. Partly completed construction works meant water downpipes were only half finished and a constant dripping kept us awake throughout the night. No Phone, fridge, glasses, iron - things you would expect from what was advertised as a 4 star hotel - there are much better around for the price |
