Rivermount House  

The staff were incredibly firendly and helpful. They set up a travel cot for our little boy and even minded him while we had our breakfast :-)

We liked everything about Rivermount House. The location overlooking the river and hills was perfect. The inside facilities were perfect, rooms were spacious and comfortable and afforded views of the river and hills. The morning breakfast was excellent.

No complaints, other than the unseasonably cold March, clearly not the responsibility of the Rivermount folks. The facilities were perfect.

Everything! Rooms were immaculate and staff was attentive and friendly.

Great place; convenient location to town and sorrounding County Cork attractions; wonderful hosts; spacious and comfortable room; great pancake breakfast (other options but this was the best). Highly recommended.

Hard to find at night (the Shop sign was not lit and the Shop is attached to a house so it's not obvious in the dark) but once you do, easy to get back to day or night.

Breakfast was superb, and so was hospitality. Beautiful family room -- a two room suite. Kids loved it!

A little drive out of Kinsale and at first I was worried about having to drive in and out of town, but it was a very quick and easy drive. Maybe not so great for people who want to go out for the nightlife and drink, however.

Too far to walk to Kinsale - taxi cost eur12 each way.

This Bed and Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were excellent and the views beautiful. Breakfast was perfact and owners friendly.

It was a bit further out from Kinsale village than I thought. You would need a car as it would be to far to walk

The house was beautiful and the views extraordinary! Our host couple were very welcoming and accommodating, calling us a taxi for dinner in town. The breakfast was delicious and very special gourmet like.

It was a bit far from town, however the views far out weigh the distance.

Everything about Rivermount House was 5 star. The view, the quality of accommodation, the hospitality and the superb breakfast. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back and will highly recommend to our friends

Rivermount was beautiful. The view was amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The owner Clair was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay there. I'd highly recommend it.

The idea of Bed & breakfasts have always terrified me but I was proven very wrong by Rivermount House. The home was beautiful, our room was beautiful with a HUGE bathroom including a bath. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was professionally done but still felt personable. The proprietress made us feel so welcome & the level of hospitality was mind blowing.

Beautiful house in spectacular location - a home away from home. Panoramic views from lounge and dining room. In good weather nice leisurely hour long walk down to Kinsale - recommend a taxi home at night.

The hosts were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent.

This is an excellent B and B. We were pleased with the helpful owners, the room, comfort, cleanliness and breakfast. Kinsale is a E10 taxi ride away which is reasonably convenient when there's three of you for going into town for meal. We enjoyed our short stay here.

The location was about 5km out of Kinsale, on a hill with views over the river. The staff were very welcoming. A good selection of breakfast. Very good.
