Killarney Riverside Hotel  

Sehr nettes Hotel. 1 km bis zur Stadtmitte. Sauber, sehr gemütlich, toller Service. Hat alles gepasst.

Schade, dass man die Fenster nicht ganz öffnen kann.

sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, persönlicher Empfang, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sauber und gepflegt. Gute Ausgangslage für die Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Das einzige was in diesem Hotel gefehlt hat war ein Foen im Bad, hoert sich vielleicht doof an aber heutzutage erwartet man soetwas in einem Hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel. No doubt about it. Stunning hotel reception, most welcoming. The success of this hotel is their staff. Every member of staff is completely devoted to customer service. They are polite, efficient, fun, cheerful and professional in every aspect of their day to day duties. I was most impressed with the complimentary wine on arrival, the two complimentary tea/coffee vouchers. My husband got up at 6am to watch the rugby match in the hotel bar and was offered complimentary tea and toast. What a nice gesture! You have a wonderful hotel, you should be very proud and I look forward to staying again!

If I was to make one minor complaint it would be that the beds are quite small.

This is such a nice hotel,we enjoyed our night away.As we checked it we were upgraded to king size rm,very nice surprise:)A girl called Patrica checked us in & she was very helpful,polite & friendly.We got breakfast included for just 15euro at the time of check in.Breakfast was fab,lots of choice.The bar is very comfortable,a little escape from the real world.The barman was friendly & even at 2am went off to get us a sandwich,he was doing the work of 2/3 people without complaint.All in all would highly recommend this hotel for a break in Killarney.

will go back and stay there again 5 min walk from town, staff were very nice , food was excelent hotel was spotless .

Staff was very friendly, professional and willing to assist. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, beds were comfortable as well. Nice decor, quiet floor, peaceful. Food selection was excellent, we had dinner and breakfasts and selections were wonderfully prepared and delicious. Great value and consistent in all services- - no surprises. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely hotel. It was conveniently located between the shopping area in Killarney City Centre and the tourist sites of Torc Waterfall and the Ring of Kerry. We ate twice in the hotel bar and both the food and service were excellent. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and that was excellent as well, although on the second morning the buffet did not offer as wide a selection as the first morning. The room was a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I loved the rooms as they were spacious and they were clean. We were delighted with our voucher on arrivial to the room of a free tea/coffee as we needed on after the drive. We were close to the town centre which was great and with the weekend that was in it the hotel was quite. We also loved the vouchers we got when we were leaving for another use of there hotels. I would defiately stay in the hotel again or one of there sister hotlels. We had a brillant stay..

The room had a classic country feel and was very appealing to the eye. It was good value for money.
