Very comfortable bed; kingsize. The waiting staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Very poor food quality at breakfast and dinner. Would love to be able to recommend the hotel for its comfort and location on the main road out of Killarney however the necessity to go out for food given the limited choice of bar food and the unappealing fayre in the restaurant would cause me to hesitate to do so. |

The lobby and rooms were very welcoming, confortable and beautiful ith lovely colors and furniture . The price was wonderful for such a charming place. I chose for convenience and reasonable reates but would choose again for charm and helpful staff. |

Lovely room. Bed extremely large and comfortable. Lobby was bright and spacious. Bar food was very nice. I requested a river view room which we got. However it was at the side of hotel where deliveries were made in the morning so we were woken early on two mornings by the noise of two trucks parked outside our room. Having said that they were gone within 10 minutes. |

staff were very helpful especially on main reception very disappointed with the size of our room, as we were touring different parts of ireland we had stayed in four other hotels, all with bigger rooms . We did ask to be moved to another room but were told all rooms were completly booked out for the two nights of our stay. |
