Hotel bien situé, bon petit déjeuner, parking gratuit, personnel sympas. Visiblement on ne passe pas l'aspirateur dans la chambre régulièrement, les traces sur les joints autour de la baignoire atteste un nettoyage superficiel, mais ce n'est pas castastrophique non plus!! |

Bel hotel avec de grandes chambres à quelques minutes de Killarney à pied. Très confortable avec une déco cosy. Beaucoup de Groupe dans cet hotel donc parfois un peu bruyant pour le petit dejeuner. |

Très bonnes prestations, chambre spacieuse et propre. Salle de bain sympathique hormis la petite taille et l'inconvénient du rideau de douche qui colle à la peau... En général, bon rapport qualité/prix . Le personnel en salle petit déjeuner peu souriant. |

La proximité du Ring du Kerry et de la ville de Killarney un peu trop hotel de touristes (plusieurs cars) à notre gout. Petit déjeuner léger le premier jour, mieux le 2ème |

Très bel hôtel. Grand hôtel très luxueux..accès à la piscine et jacuzzi dans l'hôtel voisin Peut etre un peu trop froid et impersonnel pour découvrir les gens du coin... |

Personnel très gentil et une responsable s'est excusée à notre départ pour les désagréments. Personnel très gentil mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de devoir dormir dans une chambre twin alors que nous avions réservé une double. Le premier petit déjeuner fut une horreur (15 min de file, 30 min pour les oeufs brouillés, ...) mais par la suite ça ne s'est plus reproduit |

This was my second stay at this hotel. I had such a nice time the first that I decided i wanted to come back here and was so glad that I did.The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it is just a lovely hotel with a good feeling about it. The first time I stayed with a work colleague and this time I stayed on my own. The room was just perfect with everything that I needed. I was looking forward to my visit and was not disappointed. I have no hesitation in reccomending The Riverside Hotel and will most certainly stay there again. |

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the food was good. There was a good car park and it was safe. The hotel was well located near the town and the National Park. Good for walking in both directions. |

I thought the hotel was very nice & clean.The breakfast lovely and the bar food nice also.We had an evening meal also which was lovely also.Staff nice also. I thought it was very bad form to charge us extra on certain things on the menu when we were having our evening meal after we going all inclusive. That should be pointed out but it's a disgrace. |

It was a comfortable room and breakfast was good. I asked for my clock to be replaced as there were electrical wires hanging out of it. Despite being there for 2 days it was not replaced. |

when we arrived we had a complentary bottles of wine which was a lovely surprise. the room was magnificant and very large and the buffet breakfast was very appetising... well worth a visit |

Room was gorgeous.We ended up getting a room that was more like a suite.Very spacious and comfortable, flatscreen tv. Very clean, and nice and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel, quite.Breakfast was also really nice, good selection. |
