Hotel bien situé, bon petit déjeuner, parking gratuit, personnel sympas. Visiblement on ne passe pas l'aspirateur dans la chambre régulièrement, les traces sur les joints autour de la baignoire atteste un nettoyage superficiel, mais ce n'est pas castastrophique non plus!! |

Bel hotel avec de grandes chambres à quelques minutes de Killarney à pied. Très confortable avec une déco cosy. Beaucoup de Groupe dans cet hotel donc parfois un peu bruyant pour le petit dejeuner. |

Très bonnes prestations, chambre spacieuse et propre. Salle de bain sympathique hormis la petite taille et l'inconvénient du rideau de douche qui colle à la peau... En général, bon rapport qualité/prix . Le personnel en salle petit déjeuner peu souriant. |

La proximité du Ring du Kerry et de la ville de Killarney un peu trop hotel de touristes (plusieurs cars) à notre gout. Petit déjeuner léger le premier jour, mieux le 2ème |

Très bel hôtel. Grand hôtel très luxueux..accès à la piscine et jacuzzi dans l'hôtel voisin Peut etre un peu trop froid et impersonnel pour découvrir les gens du coin... |

Personnel très gentil et une responsable s'est excusée à notre départ pour les désagréments. Personnel très gentil mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de devoir dormir dans une chambre twin alors que nous avions réservé une double. Le premier petit déjeuner fut une horreur (15 min de file, 30 min pour les oeufs brouillés, ...) mais par la suite ça ne s'est plus reproduit |

I liked the location near the town and was very good value for money. The wifi service was not working while I stayed there. |

Excellent hotel for the price, in a great location. Did not eat at the hotel but room and poersonnel could not be faulted. Would def stay again. |

This hotel is beautiful and a credit to the staff. The location is about 5 mins from the town. I would stay in this hotel again. |

the bar was very quite!!! on the food menu der wasnt a lot to choose from thing they cud increse there menu. the breakfast was lovely and very quick to be served!! |

It was a comfortable room and breakfast was good. I asked for my clock to be replaced as there were electrical wires hanging out of it. Despite being there for 2 days it was not replaced. |

when we arrived we had a complentary bottles of wine which was a lovely surprise. the room was magnificant and very large and the buffet breakfast was very appetising... well worth a visit |

Room was gorgeous.We ended up getting a room that was more like a suite.Very spacious and comfortable, flatscreen tv. Very clean, and nice and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel, quite.Breakfast was also really nice, good selection. |

Homely and quiet, with good food and friendly staff. Well located, close to town and on the Ring of Kerry. I would have liked some leasure facilities, at least a pool. |

Location close to town, view from hotel window. yes I asked for a no smoking room but the room really semlt of smoke. However becuase of the I was reluctant to change. Also whilst staff were corteous the friendly Irish warmth was missing, which may be off puting to overseas visitors. Also room have no internet connection. |

Barman was very abrupt and clearly lacked any social/customer skills, my evening meal was served cold and when i returned it there was no apology just shoved in the oven for another 2 mins and literally slapped down in front of me again. We felt we were inconveniencing him by asking for a drink etc not a nice person to deal with at all. Hotel facilities were ok but badly need to be updated,although we enjoyed our stay we will not be returning to this hotel as we foung our €79 would be much better spent in a place where it would be appreciated. Given the current climate you would think hotels/staff would be doing a lot more to keep their custom !! |
