Large bed and spacious bedroom Very dirty bathroom (mold!), douche was flooding (it was fixed partly by housekeeping). Staff at reception wasn't friendly at all. |

The whole atmosphere, quiet,but not dull, busy at times yet not noisey. The staff are really really nice, obliging and very helpful. The reception area is lovely to relax in. |

Location good, a nice 10 minute walk into town. Lovely foyer. Very comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cracked basin in bathroom not acceptable. |

Proximity to another hotel I was attending an event at, comfortable room, nice bar in hotel Poor vegetarian menu in restaurant and bar, dvd service was unavailable, complimentary wine in room instead of water, some staff weren't very pleasant |

It was very relaxing I had requested that our room be non-smoking but when we entered our room the smell of cigerettes was disgustung. Also when we went to the restaurant just after arriving at the hotel after driving four and a half hours to get there they lady working there looked down her nose at us....i felt it was because we were a young couple and we were dressed n pretty casual clothes....we felf very uneasy. |

food was good paid 4.75 euro for a cheese sandwich at 22.00 hours in our bed room but was horrified to be charged 4.95 euro for delivery service.No music,no gym or pool[paid 7.50 euro each time next door for use of their facilities] |

It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and we wanted somewhere nice to stay, and the staff made us feel very welcome, especially Rachel on reception. The other staff were very friendly and helpful aswell. Housekeeping was brilliant and our room was comfortable and always kept clean. This was a real treat for us. The food was very good. |
