central location with car parking, easy access to town, and main arterial routes and adequate accommodation for our family of 2+2. rooms were a bit stale but this was easily rectified. |

lots of space, clean and tidy, close to city didnt like the fact you could only check in between 2pm and 5pm, living area in apartment was very bland and not very homely |

Apartment was warm and clean. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery - only problen tin opener was broken!! Showers fantastic. Walls very thin. Students coming in at 3am - but it was there 1st weekend back. |

The apartment that we stayed in was bery comfortable and clean. It would be an ideal place to stay for a family or a small group as there is 3 bedrooms(2 single and 1 double) with en-suite in each room. |

Perfect for our 2 daughters, age 5 and 2. All amenities within walking distance. Also only 10km from Tramore and other beaches. Good takeaway on apartment grounds. |

Staff friendly, rooms clean, spacious, apartments easy to find- would happily stay again & would recommend Noisy guys returning @ 3.45am-probably not avoidable as our rooms were near the entrance |

We stayed here and it was great value for money a short taxi drive to the city centre and extremely quiet as we had a 2 year old with us would definitely stay again |

Apartment was spacious, all mod cons, en suite in each room, driving distance from waterford city and from Tramore. Very heavy doors on bedrooms which were noisy and not suitable for kids, noises at night in apartment, not enough hot water for everyone in the morning, sitting room only seated 3, apartment was for 4 people. |

Very clean (may need little more details cleaning around the window and in the shower). Bedding are very clean and comfortable. Good size1 double bed room and 2 single bed rooms all ensuit. Easy to get to shops by car. Good value for money, will stay again. As it's student apartment, the doors are too heavy for the young children and need key card to open them. No washing machine or dryer. Can be noisy in the early morning as people return from the party (only stay for one night at weekend). Refundable 100 eruo was charged as the deposit. |

Convenience to both city and country and also Tramore.We attended a dog show at the Race Course in Tramore and this is the second time we have stayed here, and hopefully will continue in the years to come. Would like to see the little shop on the complex better stocked bearing in mind that it is self catering....we could not get bacon/sausages etc for the breakfast, luckily we were in time to go to Lidl across the road, but had we been later checking in there would have been a problem |

die Größe des Appartments, die Bettenqualität Die kahle ungemütliche Einrichtung, die schwer zufallenden Zimmertüren, der heftige Gestank im Treppenhaus, der ohne ständiges Lüften auch in das Appartment gedrungen ist. Es sind Studentenwohnungen und keine Hotelzimmer. |
