Having stayed here before I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. The staff are always so very helpful and friendly and more than happy to book a cab, or give you directions. Rochestown Park Hotel is now definitely my first choice for Hotel when I stay in Cork. |

Staff were helpful and pleasant, breakfast was excellent The hotel was freezing, the bar seemed to be the only place where there was heat, our room was like an ice box, we asked for someone to look at the heating and we got an electric heater that wasnt working, reported this and got another one that did work but had to wait some time for the room to heat up. very unsatisfactory for this time of year |

It is a nice hotel, and its very good if you are travelling for business purpose. I always stay there while going for meetings in cork as it is located on Ringroad and has parking facilities. Rooms are nicely refurbished and are very comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast could be better, not great selection. |

We liked the style of the hotel and the location, rooms were lovely and relaxing. Reception staff very abrupt, food service exceptionally slow. |

the staff were very friendly, could not do enough for you.the food was fantasyic. nothing spared. the hotel was very modern, the rooms werre beautifully decorated, it is situated nice and close to lots of shops. we loved the pool area, it's nice and big, the changing rooms were lovely too. one big plus for any women staying in a hotel is a decent hair drier, well this hotel provide a 2000 watt Parlux, which is what hair dressers use so i think they should put that on there web. |

I liked that the hotel was very family friendly, there were lots of children around and there was no problem with having them in the bistro in the evening. The swimming pool was also very appealing to children and adults alike. There are some rooms not yet renovated in the hotel and these are not up to the standard of the cost and so ensure you request a renovated room when booking. Also there are parts of the hotel that have not yet been renovated and this was a bit disappointing. |

They moved us to another room when we explained our room was too noisy due to a music event happening on the floor beneath us. |

Nice surroundings.Clearly a well run Hotel Cooked Breakfast and Bistro evening meal very, very average for what one would expect from a four star hotel. Also road signage for Hotel entrance very poor especially at night time. Missed the entrance twice as a result |

staff were helpful. when we arrived, the 1st room they gave us stank of stale smoke. They were happy to move us to another room so that was dealt with very well. The bed was v comfy. The lighting in the bedroom was v difficult to figure out. Bathroom lighting not bright enough for makeup + no magnifying mirror. Partition door divided our room from the next - people next door had a crying baby which woke us up in the night - not ideal in a 4 star hotel!! the spa facilities + pool were in need of updating + redecorating. Lots of loose tiles in jacuzzi. Too much chlorine in pool left our eyes red + stinging. |

Everything worked as it should, room and public areas were clean and tidy Room near doors leading to corridor so conversations were heard very well - hotel room doors could do with a little more soundproofing! |

We attended a wedding which was very well catered for the food was excellent and the function room was great. The staff were very helpful. The difference in the rooms given to internet bookings and telephone bookings is huge. Friends stayed in the newer part of the hotel which was more modern with lovely rooms and away from a busy main road. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and service fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable, warm and the showers were great, something we always have a problem with in hotels and certainly not the case here. The Leisure centre, pool all well equipped and very clean. Convenient for the city, Douglas is a lovely area. |
