simple checking and checkout procedures, no delays, room adequate for price, there was a buzz in the bar 45 minutes to drive to the city centre the next morning. Bad signage outside in the dark. Also the reception is miles from the 2nd entrance, just needs better signage. I parked outside the conference centre and had to walk quite a bit to get to reception - better signage at night would improve this.

I liked the friendly atmosphere and the staff who were very helpful and respectful at all times. I liked the great space in the hotel and the big bedrooms and bathrooms. The food was first class. There was an area outside the hotel which could do with a good clean up. This area can be seen while walking through one of the ground corridors. (There is a children's chest of drawers and a trunk on this corridor)

Room was excellent and breakfast was excellent Very confusing layout - badly signposted inside and outside the hotel - 2 different entrances! - need to be a lot clearer. This is a shame as the rooms and breakfast were top notch.

Location, rooms, generally staff are excellent (service) My room was located near the lift. I didn't sleep well as I had constant traffic going past my room. There was a wedding in the hotel, so I can understand. My breakfast was served on a plate that wasn't washed properly, I asked one of the staff if I could get a newspaper and he forgot about my request. The same staff member joked with his colleagues that he was very busy. I ended up getting a paper for myself. I 'have' put this experience down a one off.

Plenty of parking, nice area and grounds, friendly staff. The room was large to accomodate the four of us and it had a nice large bath as well. The restaurant food service was only allowed till 9:30 pm in the bar. It was loud and not great service for eating since it is a "bar". The pool hours are too short, especially if traveling with teenagers, 7:30 pm! Also, you should not mind wearing a swimming cap, it is required. Lastly, there is a 2 euro charge per pool towel that you must get and return at the pool, refundable. This is very inconvenient because you get very cold walking to your room in a wet swimsuit not having a towel to wrap around you.

The pool was the highlight for the children Breakfast was ok The room assigned was incorect and the booking instructions were not adhered to. We ended up accross from a lift in the old section of the hotel which is what I explicitly asked not to happen. The pool required children to vacate at 12:30 which was not helpful. Can't see the reason behind that. Again where we were located was opposite to the N25 main road which was constantly busy throughout the night and the windows are not good enough to lessen the noise. The Breakfast chef needs to be trained in sanity - handling the plate with his hand on the food side is not good enough

The Lobby was nice. Bar was open until late. Loved the shower!!! Room was too small. Hall way going to rooms looked like a motel. Chairs in the bar were outdated, stained. Shouldn't happen in a 4 star hotel. Leather would be much better. Evening receptionists weren't the friendliest. Don't know if I would stay again.
