Rooms were well laid out. Bar is good. Hotel room was too warm. Also very poor signage to reception and also to rooms on floor 2. |

The leisure centre- the swimming pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We had a lovely meal at Suttons and the breakfast first class I was not overly impressed with the decor. |

Good service, large clean room. Internet signal was a bit weak. Sports facilities looked good, but no time to use them. |

Lovely hotel, good breakfast and great staff. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are really top class. Its located in Douglas, not in the city centre but very close by car. Seemed very family friendly. Overall very happy with Rochestown Park Hotel and we would certainly stay there again. Entrance to reception wasn't obvious and badly sign-posted |

Good facilities and food. Reception area was big and gave a feeling of a relaxing venue. Our room, 510 is located in th eroof an don a corner, There is plenty if space and two windows. The eveningwe arrived the heating radiator wa sluke warm and appeared to requitre air to be bleed. On reporting to the desk we were assured that someone wouls investigate. This did not happen an don returning to th ereception desk, I was told that there were no maintenance persons now on the premises until tomorrow. However, a porter did bring two oil filled electric hearers to warm the room during this cold weather. This solved the issue fo rthis day, but it would be better if the mideum and long term soluation was applied, instead of a stop-gap solution. |

Comfort and ease. Privacy. Polite staff. Efficiency. Breakfast was plentiful but the rashers were hard and poached eggs very undercooked. |

Reception staff are very friendly and were extremely apologetic when they asked "did I enjoy my stay" and I responded "no" and explained why. The room was lovely but very noisey as we were over the entrance to the conference centre and heard all the early morning noise of drunkards walking around the carpark or driving off. Make sure you ask for a quiet room when checking in. |

Comfort of room Receptionist was rather sharp and rude when I phoned querying about possible noise coming from the bar when I had requested a room in a quiet area of the hotel. |

only had an overnight stay but enough to make me happy to return.Efficient and friendly reception staff made a very good first impression. My personal preference would generally be for a smaller hotel but thats not really a complaint. |

We really enjoyed the luxurious rooms. A very modern hotel. The lighting is amazing throughout the hotel. The swimming pool was great and the staff were efficient. The menu isn't great in Suttons Bistro. |

thought the hotel was very clean and the rooms were gorgeous, very good value. The only thing I could fault about was how cold the reception area was. Given we stayed on an extremely cold weekend but in the bar area most of us had to keep our coats on... but overall an excellent hotel. |

Rooms were nice and clean Some stuff were rather rude and unhelpful. The rooms were a bit cold at night and even though I tried adjusting the temperature it didn't make a different. Also the lobby area and bar area downstairs were quite cold too making it somewhat uncomfortable. |
