The Hotel is in a quiet area of Dublin, though transport to the city centre , if you want to leave your car, is difficult. You can taxi to Swords and take a half hours bus journey to Dublin centre , or you can taxi to Malahide and take the Dart. Neither option is comfortable. There seems to be no order in the Breakfast Room. Mini Boxes of cereals, choice of two tinned fruits, and pre cooked cold Irish Breakfast, and no choice of bread other than toast, The Room was not busy and yet we had to ask for tea. Someone needs to take charge of the situation. A young girl was setting tables when the need was elsewhere.

Decent bar area and relaxed atmosphere overall. Pool and jacuzzi excellent. Minor point, but there are a number of fireplaces in the hotel which remained unlit. If they had been lit then a more cosy environment would have prevailed.

friendly staff, excellent bed, relaxed hotel and bar, beautiful grounds. We ordered soup in the bar, which was microwaved, we did not now that, it caused a burn in my wife's mouth, the cook should have stirred it before serving|

The food in the restauraunt was good Very poor facilities - beds were appalling, heating was inconsistent and noisy. The signs for parking etc a joke in fact they look to have given up on the outside of the hotel completely.

Before I arrived at the hotel, I liked that it was close to the airport and looked like a good place to relax after drivng around Ireland for 12 days on vacation. After I arrived, I like that the people were very professional, helpful and friendly. Rooms were quiet, clean and big. Internet connectivity was good in common areas and rooms. I wish I would have taken their advise by taking DART into the city. but I wanted the experience of driving around Dublin. They gave me good advice on where to park in the city.

Nice spot, little hard for taxi to find. 1. Waiter at dinner was busy with 1 other table, took awhile ypto get wine. Also, steak was way overlooked which he acknowledged but made mo effort to compensate for. That was. A Salem as paid 10 euro over to have steak!!! Should have said something.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and it was the ideal spot for it. The grounds were wonderful and verynprivate. We had no car with us as we flew from Scotland and other guests from the wedding ferried us around.

Staff was outstanding. Food was very good. Airport shuttle. In room internet. Hard to find in rural area. Carpet in room was warn and soiled. Had to request additional towels. Room not cleaned or made up the second day. Noise from fire doors closing during the night. This Hotel is erronously rated as a 4 star facility. I would at best rate it as a 3 star.

Handy to everywhere.Friendly and clean.Great facilities and reasonably priced. The television programme choice they have are not very good in the rooms. Not much choice of programmes and not the programmes advertised on the listing in the room. Most of the stations were just snow. Was disappointed in this but otherwise everything was fine.

Loved the hotel, staff couldnt have been nicer/ friendlier/more helpful. The room was great, shame we didnt have longer at the hotel, a relaxed atmosphere , couldnt recommend this hotel enough to people, we would definetely go back, Only down side was the distance to go anywhere, we needed a taxi, but the 1 downside was nothing in comparison to all the positives.

Was booked in for a wedding for 2 nights & the staff were fantastic. In particular, the bar staff were very friendly & very co-operative. The pool & the leisure centre were spotlessly clean But couldnt fault anything about the staff & the service that Roganstown provided over the weekend The one only bad thing and it is small is the directions on the hotels website. The wedding I was attending was 5 mins from the hotel but the directions on the hotel were bad that we got lost and on the way home , we found out that the hotel just straight through swords village

Leisure centre was excellent. Location was perfect for our family visit. Very quiet. Good rooms. Helpful staff Coming back to an unmade up room at 3.30 in the afternoon was not good. However, it was attended to immediately once we had reported it.
