Friendly & very helpful staff. Comfortable & clean. Reasonable price & lovely people out weighed quality of breakfast.
Breakfast was ok but not one of the best I've had, bacon dried out,egg over cooked & hash brown soggy.
The B&B was lovely, it has lovely little features to it
I feel that it is overpriced, as I said it was lovely but extremely expensive when compared to other places I have stayed in the area
Comfortable room with quiet nights sleep. Breakfast was more than enough to last through to dinner! Easy parking on site. Would go back again.
WI Fi signal weak in bed room
Paying family room prices when we were a couple - we only used one bed and only ate 2 breakfasts. The owner was very unhelpful in helping to cancel a room - within the time limit. I did not have access to booking.com at that stage and phoned them directly. Tables in dining room too close together, we were on top of the people in the table next to us. Not good value for money.
If you are a dog lover do not stay there. The owners treated a beautiful Labrador badly, it was fastened to a short rope and left out in the rain. they said the dog was dangerous and not to go near him, but it was not the case. he was just badly in need of attention.
Owners were friendly. Good location for access to Westport and Croagh Patrick.
Breakfast appeared to be pre cooked and then reheated. No replay to advanced emails asking for an early check in but owners clearly received them. Possibly have bed bugs, myself and partner covered in bites after stay in room 5.
Clean and comfortable. Owners helpful. Lovely breakfast. Good location out of town.
Dining room a little cluttered. Bedrooms could have had less furniture.
Friendliness .. Good breakfast.
One kettle was black inside.
Great to be able to walk into village or to the pub
Rosmo house is a nice place to stay, very friendly and helpful landlady in a nice location not too far from Westport harbour.
Nice location Excellent service Decent facilities
Nothing wrong at all
Owners friendly, choice of breakfasts, 2 min walk to lovely old pub with beautiful food. Good WiFi.
Room had a double and a single bed and everything poked in corners - had tea making facilities but very hard to access; had a TV but again poked away where you couldn't see it. The room had a writing desk, but no chair. Had to move furniture to access power points for charging phones etc, and there was no lounge area. I think it is overpriced compared with all the others I stayed in.
The location was excellent within walking distance of a nice pub and decent restaurant but too far to walk to town. The area is quiet and the house is very tidy and well maintained. The room was clean and we were treated very hospitably.
We found the room rather cramped even with only a double bed and the washroom was small. The bed was lumpy. Our friends room was even more cramped due to excessive furniture. While the breakfasts were hot and tasty, the fruit selection was limited and the dining room was crowded.
too crowded in the roomand dining room
location on the outskirts of Westport; well-appointed B&B; staff was congenial
Liam and Mary were lovely! Great breakfast, exactly what we needed! Rooms were immaculate & plenty of towels!
A later check out time would have been useful!
Clean & comfortable.Nice restaurant close by.
To far to walk to the center of town.
Staff attitude: Did not feel welcome. Maintenance issues: Sagging mattress, low shower water pressure due to weird system, gurgling basin.
we liked the veiw
the beds were poor quailty and service was bad
Comfort & cleanliness
would have preferred more breakfast options
Excellent facilities and great owners. Very warm and comfortable hospitality.
