General comfortable atmosphere and surroundings. Good service at all times. Superb room and enormous bed, great!. Good bar meals especially the Linguine Chicken Stroganoff & Sauce. ( please send the recipe) You may have gathered, we had a great time. Being very aged, we were not too keen on the Music on Saturday Night but as promised by your staff, it turned off at 12.00pm. Otherwise your Hotel was still as good as when we had our wedding reception there on the 31st August 1968. |

I loved the hotel, staff brillian, swimming pool-the nicest i have been to,facilities-lovely,exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Would recommend to anyone visiting Dublin as the citycentre is only 20min on the suburban train and Dun Laoghaire offers leisure activities in its parks, the pier, shops. The only thing i didnt like was the smoke smell in the room. Otherwise all was excellent. |

It is a decent commercial hotel on the upside. The Irish staff are pleasant but others not so. |

Receptionist who booked us in was brilliant, she gave us what I consider to be the best room in the house! (we did see the FS suite and I consider our room to be better 742) Night porter was great, we met a lovely couple who were on holiday and spent hours chatting with them (until 3am!) and the hospitality offered was second to none so big bonus for your staff!!! The only thing I didn't like was the "pay for everything" penny stealing mentality. We were touring Ireland by motorbike and had limited space for luggage, although I did manage to fit my togs in! But....I still couldn't use the pool because didn't have my swimhat/flip flops/towels. Towels were included but flip flops & hats weren't. |

the best thing about the hotel was when i forgot my charger for my phone they had a range of spare chargers.also when we needed another room we got one nearby and very promptly.my room had shower and bath which i was impressed with also. i didnt like the fact that single occupancy was the same rate as double occupancy because the hotel only has double rooms.thats ridiculous.also the confusing situation with the lifts, one lift for certain floors and another for other floors.and a seperate lift for the carpark. if you have a room key it should be possible to go from carpark to your floor. |
