Location nothing else bathroom was not properly cleaned - dirty grout around bath - had requested parking due to disability but had to fight for it at reception - bar cafe style no comfort |

we have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and this time we were very disapointed. we changed rooms because the first room smelled of smoke and the toilet didnt flush properly we did give them chance to fix this but they didnt. the second room was a little better but the hairdryer didnt work and the lamp on the little table didnt work either we tried changing the bulb but it still didnt work. |

Bed was comfortable. Hotel is very noisy, has got old structure, old lift for residents, poor quality of service from staff in general (reception, bar/lounge, housekeeping). |

Ideal location, and the parking is excellent, clean hotel, staff are all polite. Shortage of bar staff can be irritating and the bar could do with a makeover. |

Location was good. Hotel quiet, no noise from other guests. Staff helpful. Rooms in need of facelift, esp bathroom. One pillow was very lumpy. |

The rooms were cramped, the electricity blew fuses, the heat was on from 7am to to 1am with no ventilation and the room was like a sauna. The staff were very rude and unhelpful, one even chased us through the hotel and accused us of stealing becuse the guy we paid at the bar didn't ring it up on the till correctly. All in all the hotel was a complete dive without any redeeming features. |

location my partner and i had several bites on our bodies and further to an inspection by a chemist they confirmed flea bites. I will ensure that health and higene will be notified and other relevant hotel boards will be notified within the next 7 days. |

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city centre, although we did get warned several times off locals about it being a dodgy area at night time. The staff were friendly and the late bar was appreciated. I thought that breakfast could of been included, and at 12.50 euro was like everything else in Dublin, expensive! |

I was only there for the one night so I didnt really think there would be a point of complaining but even when myu window was closed the darught that came through it was unbelievably cold. Had to ensure I had all bed clothing was wrapped over me including my face! Never experienced anything unlike that, but have to say the rest of the hotel was spot on, very impressed with rest of standard. |
