(zeer) ruime kamer, lekker dat er een zwembad, met Jacuzi, sauna en stoombad aanwezig was waar je gratis in kon - hoewel niet groot (en zeker zwembad niet diep) was het wel heerlijk ontspannen even daar te zijn, het zag er goed verzorgd uit Kamer was niet helemaal schoon (met name vloeren), het hele hotel straalt een vergane glorie uit-ook veel voorzieningen zijn kapot. Maar als je bedenkt dat wij hier met zn drieen voor minder sliepen dan in een hostel, dan was het fantastisch. Stel je verwachtingen dus niet te hoog. |

Gunstige ligging bijna aan zee. Lekker zwembad met sauna en jacuzi. Het duurt letterlijk een half uur voor er warm water uit de kraan komt.Gedurende de nacht maakt een generator veel lawaai. |

the only good thing i can say is the staff were very nice other than that i cant say anything positive the walls were covered with damp (i stayed in room 315) there was spider webs in the corners of the room the bath room was very badly laid out and the tap in the bath was constantly drippin which had left a stain on the bath very dirty and would never return |

The leisure centre facilities were excellent, breakfast was very nice and they had mugs in the room for tea I think in this day and age it's offensive to have to pay for parking when you're a resident in the hotel, the walls in the bedrooms are paper thin, and the room was cold on arrival. Some of the towels in my room were no better than what i would use to wash the floors at home, they were over used and torn and worn around the edges. |

The hotel itself was very nice. Public areas bar and reception were comfortable and updated. Pool and spa facilities available if required. The location was good, walking distance to shops train station local bars and sea front. Rooms were a little dated, we had no view only to back buildings, but for what we paid still feel it was good value for money. I'm sure for an extra cost there would be nicer rooms available. Always seemed a lot of traffic on the high street. |

I enjoyed the comfort and friendly stff especially in the restaraunt, the family room was near the function room and could hear the music clearly till 1am |

Hotel is a good base for exploring the area and visiting Dublin. Leisure centre is a real bonus. |

The hotel was easy to find and well located in Bray town centre. The room was clean and tidy, although the hotel could do with some refurbishment. The restaurant and bar were good value for money (we tried the early bird set menu) and the staff was helpful, friendly and very professional. |

The hotel was in a good location and very convenient to shopping in Dundrum village. The room we were changed into was not cleaned out on the second day and no fresh towels supplied. |

The Breakfast was great, The room was not too small,There was plenty of storage space in the room. The Leisure Center looked great although we did not have time in our stay to make use of it we will hopefully use it in the future. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant |

the staff the rooms are very out dated, the bathroom and shower was terrible, u had to wait a while for water to heat and when it did heat it wouldnt cool down..we had to pay to park the car for 2 nights.. we didnt get any clean towels the 2nd night. there was no iron |

I took my wife away awaiting news of breast cancer ,I was shocked by the standard of the rooms (408) and would have complained only my wife did not want the fuss she only wanted to rest The windows where filthy and draughty and i thought they would come in on the Sunday night The bath could not be used as it had a permanent ring of past use and needed replaced There was no storage or wardropes to hang our clothes up and the room was absolutley freezing The buffet breakfast was disgusting and again like the room cold. I also booked friends in to this hotel (room 406) and like ourselves found the hotel very disappointing.I actually paid for there stay as i could not bring myself to ask them to pay for a hotel i recommended. |

I particularly enjoyed the leisure centre I found the serving of breakfast to be poorly organised. There were no plates beside the brown bread, and only a small amount left out, while there was fresh fruit for breakfast there was no yogurt and the staff ran out of rashers first, then fried eggs. |

The hotel was terrible and the staff were even worse i would not reccommend this hotel to anyone everything!! The rooms were small and dirty, i could have had a conversation with the room next door and the staff were very unhelpful and rude |
