This hotel had a lovely view of the bay. It was basically very clean. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good. The room allocated to us was in my opinion no more than a glorified broom cupboard. The bed seemed to be a 4ft bed and not even normal double bed size. Bathroom could have done with a shelf to place out toiletries on. The TV was high up and didn't have a remote control. We had used the drinking glasses but they had not been washed the next day. I would class this as a guest house and could not score it on hotel standards. |

Everything was perfectly satisfactory with the accomodation but I would describe it as a B&B and not an hotel. |

cosy, friendly atmosphere, not bad breakfast, to be honest we did not spend that much time in the hotel apart from sleeping and refeshing and breakfast, we were too busy sightseeing the beautiful stunning countryside of ireland. |

The Rusheen Bay House is not a Hotel but is better than some of the Hotels I have stayed in. The Rooms were good as we were on the second floor we had a jacuzzi which my son really enjoyed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast were excellent. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay |

The staff were more than helpful and the room was basic but comfortable. There was every thing you could need for a short stay in Salthill. The shower facilities left a lot to be desired as there was no pressure in the water and you came out only slightly damp! |

A quiet location at edge of historic, vibrant city. Also just yards off road leading into the beautiful mountainous scenery of Connemara. A bit pricey for a B&B at 140 euro a night for a twin room but very comfortable and the freshly cooked Irish breakfast a delight. |

From the initial meeting with the proprietor this was a evry pleasant experience As you have been advised many times before, this is a guest house/ b&b and it is most unfair to classify it as a hotel.i knew what to expect, and I was completely happy with what I received, but I can imagine overseas tourists, expecting a hotel could be very disappointed |

I got a good service there. I order triple room but unfortunately hot water in that room didn't work. And hotel staff gave us other room which is family size and bigger than the triple room. Thanks for that. Good breakfast food also. I stayed in third floor, Wireless internet connection is not good in this floor. |
