Room was adequate. Location in the city was good. Check in and out efficent and quick.

The noise in the room is terrible a good night sleep is impossible in this hotel.

Loved the location and low price. Just a short walk to shopping area. The room was nice altough small and noisy because of the obviously very popular Dicey's bar downstairs. There were earplugs in the room though, so that was a plus.

The noise from the bars can be a bit too much, and everyone getting out and shouting just outside the window woke us up..

Location was good and food was good

Our room was huge! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to great shopping!

location was good, the hotel room was large with a good sized bed. Breakfast was brilliant, well worth the additional B&B cost.

The staff weren't very helpful when my boyfriend went looking for somewhere in the hotel to get a drink, no minibar or fridge in the room so couldn't keep your own drinks in room. The noise from the highstreet outside our window was so loud i was awake all night, untill 5.30 when they kicked out the last people from the club...this was a Monday night!

The position of this hotel is fantastic for gardens shopping etc. however the parking is expensive and take seriously the warning about noise levels. We were on the 2nd floor @ the front of the hotel so nightclubs weren't such an issue but the taxi stand at the front of the building was. People leaving the club @ 5am don't have any respect for residents nor do the cab drivers tooting their horns. If you want a full nights sleep don't stay here.

Spacious Room and friendly staff

noise, I know it is mentioned about the club and some noise, music and the occasional scream or loud yelling I can put up with but the constant blaring/resting on of taxi horns from 2am -4.30am is beyond a joke and possibly illegal. I had a week of completely disrupted sleep thanks to those guys - one word , inconsiderate!

The locality was fantastic for visiting Dublin.

The noise, for a mature couple, maby a room at the back of the Hotel would be a better option, other than that it was great value for money, and the staff were fantastic.

breakfast was dead on , location also dead on , large rooms .

we heard every step of the people in room above us , pay park was across the road , but not expensive .

Everything, the staff, the rooms are so out of date there was a smell of mould and lighting awfule, shower was very small and so out of date, furniture was falling apart and we thought the people in the room above us where going to visit us at any moment by coming through the ceiling.

Close to city

Tram noise and party noise. Guess it was on a Tuesday night that I stay. As there was a party noise. The lady that checked me in wasn't friendly but the checkout lady was great and very helpful.

Some noise issues but not a big deal

The rooms were a good size with nice size beds

The staff were unorganised and unprofessional, not friendly in the slightest. The loud music played until early hours of the morning meaning there is no chance of much sleep. The shower was awful, paper thin walls and generally not a nice stay.

Fantastic rooms, old style, cool

Staff have no training. Don't expect any good mornings or even a hello. Great location and nice old rooms.

-Location was brilliant, we were right at the top of Grafton St and had St Stephen Green on our doorstep -Was really glad I hadn't judged the placed based on other reviews -Brilliant night life on your doorstep -Food served late at night -Smoking in room if needed but the rooms didn't smell of previous smokers -Fridge and hairdryer in room also and room was gorgeous

-Carpet on stairs very slippery, sporting a very purple bruise from falling down the stairs -Didnt get to try breakfast as we forgot to put room service card out and when we phoned down they wouldn't serve it up to our room - I would agree with another reviewer that this Hotel could be so much more with a bit of investment as there were some broken utilities in our room like the sink, wall and windows

Noise. Also my stuff left in room after check-out (my mistake) and returned in broken form (their mistake).

City centre location was good

Due to proximity to night club did not get to sleep until six thirty.

First of all the price per room including breakfast for two of us was incredible value for 30 euro. The room we had was massive and had a four poster bed, large spacious bathroom, tv & Tea Coffee facilities. The room was extremley clean and was nice and warm. The Full Irish Breakfast was so tasty and the staff were very attentive and polite.

The noise, but we eventually got to sleep. The only thing that lets this hotel down would have to be the carpets on the stairs and landings. They are very threadbare ;(

Room was old style and fitted the times from the house in which the hotel came from.

It was incredibly loud. Room locks seemed pretty dodgy. It more caters for people partying in the local clubs than holiday makers. They supply ear plugs which is a give away. Staff are unapologetic and don't seem to care - they probably get it all the time. €50 'deposit' taken in case you damage the room on top of price is ridiculous. No proper parking facilities.

The room was beautiful with separate sitting area. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast included in price. Bar and food prices very reasonable. Very well equipped smoking area.

No free entry into nightclub for residents.

When I checked out

Fleas in bed. Terrible bed. Television did not work. Music from disco on ground floor made whole room vibrate - not even a chance to sleep. Breakfast no taste. I have stayed in more than 200 hotels in over 50 countries and this was by far the WORST ever experience in a hotel

Nothing!!!!!!!!!!! It was absolutely discusting

We liked nothing. We will never recommend the place to any one! It was dirty, our room looked like a brothel, the couch was torn, the room smelled like smoke, we could not even use the evelvater cause it was so small, so we had to struggle with our luggage up the stairs. Staff id not what to accomodate us with returning 50% of our money!!!!!!!! What you advertise on your website is a lie and false advertising!!!!!!!!!!!
