There was too much noise, hard to sleep
Our room was beautiful, all hotel staff we encountered were outstandingly and uniformly friendly and helpful. We would stay again but only for a very limited time (see criticism on noise). The hotel has the daytime appearance of a very well-run establishment.
Clubbing noise persisted until 4am & even later, throughout an 8 night stay.
I didn't like the key sticking in the door. The lift was tiny and the heat was uncomfortable.
-Very friendly staff -Very clean rooms and hotel. They clean daily
-Sometimes it takes long before they refill the croissants at breakfast. -You can feel the iron when sleeping on the bed. -Some things in the room could be renewed. -Noise from the hotelparty (this is however stated when booking hotel)
In the backyard of the hotel there's kind of nightclub with loud music till 3 am. They provide earplugs (lol) but they're really unhelpful... Then, the lobby is used as a first aid area for the nightclub guests: during my stay I've seen a guy completely drunk lying down on a sofa and another one with his hands harmed and bleeding. Consider that the lobby is the only place where the internet connection works, so you are obliged to stay there if you want or have to use the internet... I was really shocked!
the breakfast was nice
all the rest of it, shabby décor etc
Breakfast Location Room Size
Noise from "club" street and internal nightclub
Were at a function in the hotel so no waiting for taxis.
Sink in room was blocked / slow draining. Smell of smoke / musty smell in room.
The price was good situated close to city center. I would certainly stay again for the price.
Not been told there was a disco downstairs. It was ok for me I was on my own, I have no problem getting to sleep
The room was beutiful, really clean and comfy. Staff were nice and friendly, and breakfast was tasty. Hassle free checkout, and luggage storage as well
A nice touch would be complimentary water in the room
