The pools, sauna etc were excellent, never too busy and quite relaxing.

The queue for breakfast was a pain, I know sometimes everyone arrives for breakfast at the same time but for a hotel of this size you would imagine a larger breakfast room, though this issue was minor.

Good reception from staff, very friendly & helpful.

Wedding there on the same night so music audible in room, however it was a last minute decision to check in so may have been one of the few rooms left.

The location of the hotel was great both for the beach and the City

Didnt like the way the chips were described as "Hand Cut" which in my mind are real potatoes. Instead I wasted a lot of money not being able to eat the dried up kept warm things thay called chips. At one stage I had to give them back as they were hard and luke warm. They got me another plate which were hot and hard not real hand cut potatoes. However this was the only complaint I had. A wonderful place to stay.

We had a double bedroom that was clean and comfortable The staff were friendly and helpful The breakfast area was well managed and the breakfasts were very good as was the restaurant the food and service .We were only in the hotel for three days attending a wedding that was very good and well managed, so by and large very enjoyable.

The bar meals were disappointing it would appear that there was a shortage of staff in this area. The condition of the seats are well below standard in this area i.e very tatty not very clean and you would need a stepladder to sit on some of them!! The table tops on the patio needed cleaning more often

Great place and great location. Staff is really nice. The hotel is calm with a beautiful view on the bay.It worth the price and I highly recommend it.

Breakfast service can be better, I had to go to the kitchen myself to have my coffee as no waiter was available.

Bar food very poor - Lasagne was easily the worst I ever had Bar service very slow Underground car park not signposted. Also, broken glass and bottles beside my car when I did park there overnighy..

Location of the hotel. The Reception Staff were very helpful and fiendly. The Staff in the Prom Dining Room were excellent.

The service in the Bar was very poor. We stayed for lunch and it took forever to get served and then we were overcharged. When I brought it to their notice there was no apology. You could wait for an hour to get a drink there. Would not go to bar again.

Its location was right opposit the seafront. Modern and clean facilities

We were attending a wedding and it was excellent, food,staff,pianist playing in the lobby.Everything went smoothly and staff went out of their way to make the day special.

Only complaint was room overlooking a similar height building which was extremely close,

the only complaint was breakfast - staff appeared a little flustered no-one took the time to say good morning, also items of food had been allowed to run out also the food counter was a mess with spills of porridge etc..sounds a little picky but this is the only thing I thought spoilt the stay at your hotel

Amazing view of Galway Bay & the promenade. Perfect location for meeting up with multiple family members in city of Galway to Spiddal. Grown son appreciated access to gym facilities & wi-fi. Staff is excellent - friendly & efficient - responded very quickly after converter failed & my hair dryer blew the circuit breaker supplying one side of the room. Excellent breakfast buffet. (Any complaints listed were minor, I would definitely stay here again)

Hotel hair dryer configuration difficult to use effectively. Chose not to use coffee/tea pot due to collection of moisture & particulate matter in bottom. Lobby obstructed by wedding parties 2 days...difficult to navigate through with multiple luggage units.

Absolutely beautiful room and views over the sea. Lovely food and all staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Beautiful city and hotel was about a 20 minute walk. Would stay here again.
