The room was well appointed and very clean. The view of Galway Bay was enchanting. The buffet breakfast was overrun with a tour group and we had difficulty getting coffee and toast. |

In a good loaction, the hotel was clean and had a nice bar My bedroom was old could do with a revamp and bus load of people up at 7am woke me, may consider trying to keep bus tours that are leaving early away from other guests where possible |

helpful staff,spotless as usual,no hassel getting in late at nite.i will be back,its my favourite spot to stay in galway. its been a while since ive stayed there and was sorry to see the buffet breakfast has arrived at this fine hotel, i guess we have to move with the times.the old style gave it that personal touch |

The location is excellent for seaside activities ...if the weather is not so good it is only a short distance to the city centre for shopping. It is also an ideal location for sightseeing. Dirty face cloth left in one of our bathrooms from previous occupant. Not enough shower gel etc provided and even though I asked for more it was not provided. |

I travel as a single traveller and for the first time ever I came across a hotel which offered a genuine single rate for occupancy. The room was modern and large and even had the bonus of a sea view -- good value all round. |

dinning staff friendy, nice clean hotel. more chioce of breakfast when bus tours are staying .on 2 mornings there was no fresh fruit left when we went in to breakfast and the hot food was over cooked and greasy ,cold |

Renovated hotel rooms were great, big bed and nice furnishings. Hotel staff at front desk were not friendly, kind or helpful, the lady who checked me in was rude and abrupt. However the man who brought me breakfast the next day was very helpful and friendly. |
