Very clean Friendly staff Overall a great place
Staff very quick to deal with a problem.
The room was lovely and the food was yummy. Breakfast was really nice.
Nothing really. Price was a bit high for three of us especially when we were there with a wedding.
Everything Was perfect
The facilities are excellent with great bar food
We stayed on the 3rd floor however the band in the bar could clearly be heard until late into the night
I had a loverly stay can't say enough about the staff they were very helpful friendly we stayed for a wedding for 2 nights the thermal suite was just what we needed Sunday
First impression of room dark ,narrow and dated. Bathroom tiles cracked, rusty shower curtain rail and black mole present on the grout. Stain on curtains and wall from drink room 202.
Ideal location, short walk into Galway, Staff very pleasant . Lovely hotel...
Only negative, we were not too happy about location of room. Room overlooked the side wall of the leisure centre so room was very dark and gloomy, not too nice to look at. A rather ugly looking corrugated wall wasn't the view we thought we would have when booking a seafront hotel....Room 102
Online booking not satisfactory
We stayed here last Sunday. It is a lovely hotel, just on the Prom with amazing views over the bay. Staff were very friendly. Room was a good size with comfortable bed. There was music in the bar which was great as we did not wish to travel into the city.
Room was very hot.
The hotel was fabulous, friendly staff and excellent leisure facility, and the hotel was clean and bright
The bed was too hard and the rooms were a bit too warm
We really loved our stay with you but the entertainment that night in the bar was not great at all and that part of our stay we did not enjoy everything else was exceptional
Entertainment in the bar
Staff couldn't of been more helpful. Food was 1st class and bed was one of the best hotel beds I ever slept on.
Loved the location. Excellent spa and pool. Very comfy beds, great breakfast. Very busy hotel with a great bar.
Hotel was great. Room was excellent. Front of house staff excellent and nice. However breakfast staff leave much to be desired. They were contrary and didn't seem to get on with each other quite openly
Everything was excellent, lovely hotel, friendly staff. would love to go back
Food and leisure facilities were excellent.
When I booked using booking.com I had booked for myself and 2 children. This was not recorded on the original booking which listed a single booking for me alone. Fortunately hotel were able to resolve this issue.
This was our second stay and it was as good as the first time. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had great room on 4 th floor with wonderful view. Comfortable bed, clean, good bathroom, nice breakfast with plenty of everything. We used the gym and the pool and were impressed. Also had a meal in the excellent restaurant. All in all for us the place to stay in Salthill!
Only very minor: the room was a little on the warm side. We turned down the heating several times.
Comfort of hotel
rooms very hot
Food in the bar was lovely. Helpful receptionist.
Room very dark. Music and shouting from classes in the leisure centre woke us early on a Saturday morning.
everything. Great value for money
Wifi a bit coming and going
Staff great value for money and good food from the bar
Heat in bedrooms was way to warm at night when trying to sleep
The dinner was good value!
We had not booked breakfast as were visiting friends and wanted to keep our options open. In the bedroom there was an circular which said "good morning, would you like to have breakfast for €10" but when we went to get it for €10 we were told it was €12.50 as we had needed to prebook. Why say "Good Morning" if you have to book it the day before???? Also we were on the first floor beside the lift and it was noisy at times! I was asked when booking if I would like lower or higher rooms and I said higher but was put on the 1st floor. They are all little things but since you asked!!!!!!
Food , Pool,Gym,Sauna,Lovely place great atmosphere.
A stormy night lol , but not the hotels fault.
Two singles out together and booked as a double room
