Friendly, comfortable Hotel. Location of the School House is perfect, short walk to main centre of Dublin. Just out side is the pick up/drop off for the main Airport Coach service. |

This hotel was a delight--great location, lovely room, gracious staff. The restaurant, which I did not try, is rated one of the top 5 in Dublin. |

Very friendly and helpful recptionist(s). Welcoming and relaxed. Liked the character that is aimed at through decor. Evening meal in bar very nice. Extremely comfortable beds - duvets fantastically cosy - a real treat in a hotel! Very accomodating regarding extra child's bed. Looks a little neglected : knobs missing on bedroom wardrobe, tap parts missing, grouting around bath grubby looking (also hate shower curtains!), carpets need refreshing, woodwork/furniture a bit battered looking, alot of squeaking hinges on room doors, stairway very dusty,...whole place has a tired feel about it, which is a shame, because the hotel has the potential to be absolutely wonderful! Found the restaurant a bit dreary. |

Great location, beautifully adapted old schoolhouse building which has historic interest and architectural merit. Quiet and comfortable room and excellent food. We found the last night very expensive - due to U2 performing locally. |

Old Irish style hotel, romantic, closed to city. Country atmosphere with an Irish pub for a good drink. Confortable and quite room with an incredible king size bad. Rich Irish breakfast. Ideal for families. Good rates for the given quality. |

Very unudual setting. Lovely setting and rooms ILocal Irish music in the background during meals would have been nice rather than international music. A larger front door would be a must as it is currently tight for customers with luggages.. |
