Staff friendly and efficient, quiet, comfortable, well serviced rooms, masses of hot water and fairly central
Everything about this place was above average. The best part was the above and beyond service from Kate at reception. She was excellent!!! She came in early for her 7am shift to help us with some travel directions. Thank you again Kate.
Novel place to stay. Nice size room, comfortable bed, great shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit here overall.
It was near some historic areas and pubs, however, it's a bit off the beaten track.
Checking out staff attitude
Location, Building Good Bar
Noisy and small room poor Breakfast in Lidl-Quality inacceptable smell in the staircase Untrained Breakfast staff
Good location walking distance to town.
Car Park a little cramped
Well-located. Just 15 mins walk to the TCD. Very friendly staff. We really enjoyed staying here.
The staff were extremely friendly from check-in to check-out in all departments. Free parking and central location was very useful. Evening meal was the best ever in Dublin. Breakfast in the morning was out of this world!
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel
Enjoyed my stay very well, staff very friendly and helpfull
no refrigerator only negative i could find
Great location to somewhat overlooked Village on Ipper Baggot St. Good choice of films and music in room, lovely big bed, free parking and quirky bar with nice seating area outside.
The hotel was clean with a cool old fashioned style. The rooms were comfortable and the food was great.
The rooms were a little on the small side and the AC was a little iffy.
The building was very unusual and had been well converted from a school. The location was pleasant being right next to the canal. The room was large and very comfortable. We ate in both the bar and the restaurant and the food and service were excellent.
The bathroom needed updating.
History. Of the hotel
Kind of dark in rooms
lovely rooms and a great bar + restaurant. best place to start and end our trip around ireland.
No fridge cheap urn bath/shower set up I thought the small things weren't done well enough given price and location
Great location, excellent food. Parking this close to the main attractions of the city is a big plus.
having a good restaurant & bar at your disposal, rooms were very clean, helpful friendly staff
the bed and pillows were very hard/uncomfortable, and there is no air conditioning--but we understand that it's rarely warm enough in Ireland to need it : )
Good location, bar on site, easy parking.
Room was in the basement and smelled bed. Shower did not work properly.
The standard of the room was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Lack of help with luggage.
Needs to be updated
Reception staff were really helpful and friendly
Excellent hotel. Location ideal for RDS. Reception staff particularly helpful.
Good location. Lovely building - different from standard hotels.
The cooked breakfast was very bad compared to the standard of everything else. The vegetarian breakfast was swimming in a plate of grease.
the location was perfect for the RDA as we came over for the WAFA flower show
the only a tiny thing breakfast and the evening meals, being gluten free were a bit on the thin side, but I am sure that \as with other hotels you are in the process of looking into this.
Ambience, comfortable rooms & good food
Slightly overpriced for what you get. Toast bought before cereal anywhere near finished. Music in the dining room, which included the worst rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody ever!
