We had a very pleasant stay, had a couple of problems when we arrived but the staff were very pleasant and quick to respond and resolve them. The 2 hour breakfast time slot was a bit short. Would have liked a later breakfast time.

The location and free parking .breakfast very good We booked a suite there was nothing special for th price only a bigger room. No extra like bottle off water. There was no duvet on the bed only sheet and throw we woke up freezing.not luxury. Very Disapponted with the room.

The location of the hotel is central to everything that Killarney has to offer,The staff are customer friendly ,the breakfast is superb with plenty to eat,and the onsite free parking is a godsend.

Location and food We booked a suite. No duvet on the bed only a sheet and throw we were freezing.Nithing special about suite not even a bottle of water 4d extra money.standard room just as good.

Scotts hotel in my opinion has everything for the traveller be it business, leisure, family break. It's central location and underground parking is excellent. The rooms are very big and spacious and there is lots to do and see in and around Killarney. All thats left to do is enjoy!!

The staff were great and location if you wanted to party and stay up late and have access to the pubs and bars Not as described on line............old, rooms and small.!! A very noisy place. Was given a room above the outdoor pub....what more can I say about that. Asked to be moved and was done so promptly by a nice staff member.. New room was over the parking lot across from the church (church bells ringing) and a house with a chimney expelling smoke straight up to our open window, which was open because it was so HOT in the room! Tub in our son's room did not drain and they had to use the shower in our room. Was suppose to spend 2 nights but checked out the next morning......would not recommend Scott's Hotels. Rooms were certainly not as described, which was a big factor when I chose this hotel from the web site. But the staff were superior. There are Much nicer hotels in Killarney!!!!

Everything....location is excellant with convenient parking. Staff are extremly helpful and welcoming. Hotel itself is spotless with a warm and friendly athmosphere day and night. Highly recommend staying here......exceptional hotel!! Love Scotts.

The hotel was central to the town but not too far from the conference I was attending on the outskirts of the town. The staff were quite helpful and the rooms were neat and tidy.The breakfast was substantial and very tasty. It wasn't very lively at night.There was no entertainment and everything seemed to close up quite early .Bar staff weren't the most cheerful!

I liked the location near all the pubs and restaurants , under ground parking is good but could do with more facilities like gym , spa etc Waiting a good 10 to 15 mins the 17th and 18th of march i know its st patricks weekend , but both mornings the breakfast we ordered was incorrect , it was like the staff could not handle a full hotel both morning 30 to 40 people where called by room number until a table was ready !
