The modern design and decor, and the choice of eating in the bar or resteraunt. Just the noise outside our bedroom window , but it was Bank Holiday time !! Not a big problem |

The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is very central to shops, pubs & restaurants. It offered free parking too. Would definitely recommend Hotel was a little difficult to find as it is down a side street. |

I would not recommend this hotel. It is not as it markets itself at all. the sign outside on the street describes it as 'Killarney's newest, cosmopolitain hotel', however the only thing new about it is the reception area and bar and restaurant downstairs. The rooms are dated and dark, our bathroom was vey small, also dated, with broken tiles on the floor. Overall I found the rooms very uninviting and very disappointing. Also, the description stated that all romms were equipped with flat screen tv and power shower, ours had neither. Our room was also very noisy, wit a a lot of noise from the corridor and stairwell. We had bar food once in the bar area, which was not good at all, however, breakfast was good. |

room was spacious, comfortable. Staff were very competent and efficient the dining area is quite small resulting in a wait of 20 mins for a table for breakfast. |

I was impressed with the welcome given by Annette(I think) at reception. She was friendly & efficient. The hotel room was warm and inviting. I had a great sleep (not usual for me in a hotel) |

The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the town. The rooms were a good size and clean but could do with a bit of updated. The staff were extremely friendly and very heplful with any questions we had. The breakfast was really good valve for money. Was a bit noisy |

Chose the hotel for location. Enjoyed having the music downstairs in the patio. Going from the garage to the hotel is rather inconvenient.Staff did not ask if we needed any help with the luggage. Room was nice and clean. |

We did not have a breakfast included and I liked that as I do not like to eat large breakfasts, it also meant that we could relax until the checking out time of 12.00 |

I liked the fact that the hotel was very central in Killarney. I also liked that fact that the hotel was very warm. I also felt very safe in the hotel. I did not like the fact that I could hear the music from outside in my room. I also thought that the bed was small. |
