Great hotel, good food, very comfortable modern room. Very clean and reception staff very good. Only downside was the complexity of corridors to get to my room but thats very minor. |

Scotts Hotel is in a great location and underground parking is free. Great buzz in the hotel and entertainment was present on the night we were there.Food was lovely and and the place was warm and inviting. No leisure facilities however, there is a bus to take you to their sister hotel , the glen eagle hotel nearby. |

i think €5 per person for breakfast in the room is a bit much since they only bring 1 tray anyway |

The hotel is indeed very central to Killarney. But all in all my stay was comfortable, enjoyable and hassle free. Staff at reception were always there to help. Housekeeping staff are nice too! Will be back again for my post-Christmas shopping trip as the hotel is near an Outlet Mall. The room i was in smelled of cigarette. Not the hotels fault, as guests smoke in non smikong room. Cigarette smells are hard to eliminate. Internet was slow and 2 hrs. limit. which is inconvinient. |

The modern design and decor, and the choice of eating in the bar or resteraunt. Just the noise outside our bedroom window , but it was Bank Holiday time !! Not a big problem |

The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is very central to shops, pubs & restaurants. It offered free parking too. Would definitely recommend Hotel was a little difficult to find as it is down a side street. |

I would not recommend this hotel. It is not as it markets itself at all. the sign outside on the street describes it as 'Killarney's newest, cosmopolitain hotel', however the only thing new about it is the reception area and bar and restaurant downstairs. The rooms are dated and dark, our bathroom was vey small, also dated, with broken tiles on the floor. Overall I found the rooms very uninviting and very disappointing. Also, the description stated that all romms were equipped with flat screen tv and power shower, ours had neither. Our room was also very noisy, wit a a lot of noise from the corridor and stairwell. We had bar food once in the bar area, which was not good at all, however, breakfast was good. |

The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the town. The rooms were a good size and clean but could do with a bit of updated. The staff were extremely friendly and very heplful with any questions we had. The breakfast was really good valve for money. Was a bit noisy |
