location and entertainment it was supposed to be non smoking and there was ash tray in the room and there was a smoking odor from the room despite the door being opened on arrival |

pleasant staff. nice food .entertainment very good out in the courtyard.nice to sit outside. no air conditioning. windows didn't open very far and the room was like an oven |

we came on the occassion of my fiancee's birthday and I really appreciated the upgrade and all the service we got from the very beginning. Anette at the front desk was full of energy and optimism as she was just back from her honeymoon and it was great |

The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with a lovely bathroom & power shower. Bar and dining area very relaxing with nice music playing. Location is great and right in the city centre. Parking facilities very close and free to residents. Very trendy place, breakfast lovely !! Couldn't fault the place, very enjoyable stay. |

Very centrally located, walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs! All the staff are very friendly & helpful! there's plenty parking under the hotel & you wont have to worry about parking!! the only fault we could find with our stay was it was our second stay in the hotel and our on our first visit we stayed in the 'new' part of the hotel & it was so gorgeous we could not wait to stay again, however we were in the older side on our last visit & although it was clean it wasn't half as nice!I would recommend to anyone...only ask for a new room!! |

The location is excellent and the reception staff were very friendly. I requested a non-smoking room and we got a smoking room. As it was only for one night we decided not to mention it. The bed was quite hard in our room. In our previous stay we seemed to be in a newer section which was much more comfortable. |

I was quite pleased with the efficiency at reception and the night staff were accommodating. I thought the bedroom decor was rather basic and the decor ladies' toilet off the foyer left a lot to be desired.Perhaps I thought it would be a more relaxing venue and I wasn't particularly impressed with te atmosphere in the bar late at night-too noisey for my taste, but that is personal. |

The apartment was of a high standard. It was very clean and comfortable. it was very good value. Brilliant location, just around the corner from the town centre. The staff made us wait in the lobby for around 10-15 minutes when we went to check out while they checked the room. |
